The term numero uno is derived from the Spanish or Italian term which implies the meaning of being number one. This most of us might be knowing. so, let me discuss something about being number one. Everyone in this world would like to be number one in something or the other. Usually, people consider that achieving first position is always considered to be a success, it is not at all,maintaining the same position for long time is a success, may be improving from a worse position to better position is a success.
Due to the overwhelming population, there is no chance of everyone to be at number one status for even a single thing. But, there is a wide chance for few of them being number one in more than a single category. There is nothing wrong in being first or last, but it is important for us to contribute our part being in a family, organization or society rather than dominating others which is most likely to be done by persons who hold this number one status. When we try to look that, where these kind of activities begin, it begins from childhood.
The kids might be sent for a running race or so, they generally don't know to complete their race or so, they just blindly follow the instruction of parents. They are always made to reach the number one status. Being number one is pretty great, but there are certain ethics and behavior that has to be developed and given importance rather than reaching number one. In certain small lot of people, they might be number one, but the competition gets increasing as soon as they reach next level,that time these ethics and responsibility plays a vital role.
We are always for those who are at the number one position, which require lot of skill, hardwork, determination and so on. What else we require is still more responsibility towards the society and fellow being. If all the steps taken by them follow the ethical path and proper means, we would be person to appreciate them and proud of them but it is not proper if these above mentioned things are being violated. I would like to conclude by saying that their would be a real value to people's number one status, only when they achieve it in an ethical manner.
