PICKLE

                                  As we all know, that I have already discussed a lot about the curd rice. The best side dish for curd rice, nonetheless would be pickle. Pickle is nothing but the vegetable cut into some slices and the salt is being added. There are a lot of home made pickles and the pickle manufacturing companies. It gives us a great taste and makes us eat even some tasteless foods. In case if mother is not able to make any side dish in home, the first choice of side dish would be pickle. In certain cases, we wouldn't like the side dish made by mom and there also we might look out for pickle. Such is the specialty of pickle.

                                  The pickles can be stored for a some months to a few years time interval, provided we don't disturb the mixture. There are few hotels in which pickles may not be available. In most of the marriages in and around south India, there will be a definite dish in the menu card by the name of some pickle. I am not sure about the North Indian marriages as I have not attended much of them. I have heard from my friends those who drink alcohol, that the pickle can be the cheapest and best side dish that can be taken with alcohol. There is a famous saying in tamil "unbothaikku naan oorugaya" ( Am I side dish for your addiction).

                                  Making of pickle is easy for our people and it is one of the small scale industries in most parts of Tamil Nadu. There are a lot of specialists in making pickle. And people from different regions of south have different tastes and they are experts in bringing the tastes to pickles. There are certain people who should not eat pickle, as the oily content is more, it is better for them to avoid eating pickles. But, on the whole Pickle is cheap and best side dish that has benefitted many mothers across India. My favorite is Lemon, Mango and Garlic pickle. The favorites vary according to the persons.

LIFT AND ESCALATORS ALGORITHM

                               Lift has become a necessary commodity in apartment, malls, offices and many other places. Though there are escalators, people still prefer lifts. Of course, small scale companies cannot afford for the lifts and escalators. Whereas, the medium scale companies might prefer lifts over escalators.The large scale companies might have lifts or escalators or both. Many people have fear of leaving the legs inside the escalator. The cost of escalator is estimated to be 5 times that of the lift. But the capacity of escalator can be more than that of lift. Let us leave aside the benefits and drawbacks of each of them and have a look into the working principle.

                              The lift follows a single direction, it goes either upwards or downwards. In the initial phase it moves in upward direction and in the next phase it moves towards downwards direction. If the lift is idle, the "first come first Serve" basis would be followed. If the lift has reached the least floor, it cannot go downward. If the lift has reached the maximum floor, it cannot be moved upward. When there is no pressing done, the lift will be in idle state and reacts for the first press. Let us assume, there are five floors in the building including the ground floor. if the lift is in 1st floor and 2 requests come. one for the 2nd floor and the next for ground floor, it will move on to second floor and then from 2nd floor it goes to ground floor.

                             The vice versa happens, if the ground floor option is pressed first. It serves on first come first serve basis including shortest path algorithm. In the second scenario, let us assume that the lift is in first floor and the request comes as second floor, ground floor and then third floor, this time it moves to second floor then third floor and it comes to ground floor after third floor. There are a two maximum probabilities when we consider the escalator algorithm. First needs to be manually operated and the second one has to be automated.

                            If we take a look at the manually operated, there needs to be a person, who can switch it on, when there is a higher usage of escalator and switch it off when it is unnecessary. It consumes more power. If we take the automated escalator, the escalator switches on when it senses a person is entering near the first step of escalator, it starts to switch and moves till it senses that particular person has reached the destination. but, it continues to roll on till the first step of the person reaches two revolutions.This is just my understanding about lifts and escalator. Once, when i was travelling in metro, a confusion occured about lifts and elevators. Hence, I searched online and understood some concepts about them and have given it in my own words.

MAINTENANCE OF BMI

                        BMI which is known as Body Mass Index. It is usually used to check whether we are normal, over weight or under weight. Most of us doesn't care about this BMI, as long as we are well within the limits. Height is a measurement of person that stops after a certain age limit. But, weight is not so. It keeps on changing till we die. Of course, after death there cannot be any change over in the weight I suppose. Since, I don't know exactly, what happens after death. But, a question arises, that why do we need this BMI ? BMI is necessary to check the fitness level of a person. The people should neither be under weight nor overweight, both denotes that the person is unhealthy. After all, living hale and healthy is very important aspect of our life.

                      So, there are some metrics involved in calculation of BMI, we are least worried about the metrics involved. There are some applications that are involved and certain tools which makes us calculate the BMI. We should be concerned only about the final result that is being obtained. So the ranges of BMI, from which we can know about the healthiness of us will be as follows. If the value of BMI is less than 18.5, then the person is underweight, they should use nutritional foods and improve their weights. The person having BMI of 18.5 till 24.9 are considered as healthy person and they have the best BMI value. The 21.7 being the average of this range is the the best BMI, that any person could have.

                     The persons having the above mentioned BMI levels are doing great and they need to follow up the same diet and ensure that they never gain or lose weights. The persons having the BMI values of 25 to 29.9 are said to have overweight. The have some excess weights due to fats or calories unburnt. They can still do some exercise and follow a balanced diet so that they can reach normal level. The dangerous of the lot is those who are having the BMI level is greater than 30. They are said to suffer from obesity. They should take necessary steps in reducing their weight or else their chance of surviving reduces. There are a lot of people who have overcome this obesity by following proper diet.

                     We should not troll or tease a person by their looks or physical features. As, it hurts them badly. I am just posting the above mentioned levels of BMI and their impact to make sure that all are hale and healthy. I know the pain of being trolled by someone's looks as many of friends are being trolled by that. The root cause of increasing level of BMI's are the intake of junk foods which cannot be avoided much, the temptation of those foods are so. But, if we can control them to a certain extent, we can maintain a good BMI and lead a hale and healthy life. I am hereby sharing the table of BMI as an image, so that we can check our BMI level.

BANNER CULTURE

                             Celebrations are part and parcel of everyone's lives. It is always great to celebrate some victory as they will give us more ability to stand tall for the next encounters. But, the celebrations should be made in a way that doesn't affect others in any manner. To begin with the celebrations, the most important and trending aspect of the celebrations is the banner culture. Most of us know about the banners, that are mostly kept during some functions. There are certain banner manufacturers, who charge the amount of money based on the size of the banner they use. We can see the banners everywhere, during the functions.

                             Mostly these banners are part of engagement function, marriage/ Reception function, Birthday parties, retirement parties, Puberty functions and many more. These are the functions that happen once in a life time and I agree with the fact that there is nothing wrong in having them and mostly there will be one or two banners that are arranged near the function halls. This is just to show that there is a function being held nearby. But, the one aspect of these banners that I hate the most would be the banners and posters that are being done for the release of new movies of their favorite heroes and the birthday celebrations of them as well as the Posters and Banners that are being kept on some political related functions.

                            These Birthday celebrations of their favorite actors are happening year by year, is it mandatory for them to have, the banners again and again. Moreover the movies are being released once a year atleast in a minimum count, do they require the banners again ?. These celebrations of celebrities can also be forgiven, since these banners and posters are mostly stuck on theaters that does not cause problems to public, but when we consider the politicians, it is not at all far. They are wasting the tax paid by people in form of these celebrations. The always have some meeting and some VIP's of their parties might come and for their arrival they keep the banners and celebrations as if they have done a lot to people.

                            Many people suffered recently in some place, due to these improper arrangement of the banners. They kept banners in such a way that the size of the roads are reduced and there is no path for the public to move across. Even the authorities feared to take action as they are stuck up with these politicians. If the politicians are really good to our people, they themselves would create banner and celebrate them, as they are celebrating their celebrities. The overall opinion about banner culture is not good. But, if there is a necessity, they can make use of this culture but not so often.

CHICKEN BIRIYANI

                         The first thing that comes in the mind of most of the people down south when they hear the word called as Sunday is nothing but the Biriyani. May be it might be a come dish in most of the houses. But, in my house Sunday means non-vegetarian, unless and until an auspicious day falls on Sunday. Biriyani can be made with vegetable or egg or fish or chicken or mutton and many more. But, since the list is too lengthy let us stop with these as they are more common. I like all among these, not only that I even like a writing of the word called Biriyani. But, why the heading is chicken Biriyani, why not about the others, the reasons would be stated in the upcoming paragraphs.

                         The first and foremost reason being the availability of large amount chicken in almost all parts of the country. There might be certain places where water bodies are more in number, there these sea foods are available in plenty. So, the availability might vary with the fish and related biriyani. Similar is the case with the Mutton. There is a difference availability of mutton in most of the places. In certain places, mutton might be available easily. In certain places, it might not be available. Vegetable biriyani is nothing special as we are going to have all the vegetables atleast once in a week of the remaining 6 days. The case with egg biriyani being, the confusion existing in the nature of eggs, that is whether the egg is vegetarian or non vegetarian.

                         But our hero Chicken, has satisfied both the criteria of being non-vegetarian and ready availability in almost all the places that I have visited so far. There might be a doubt, what is special in food that is readily available, the immediate answer would be specialty of being readily available is a specialty which makes chicken biriyani stand out from its competitors. The best combination for the chicken biriyani would be the raitha(curd mixed with onion) or the chicken 65, which sound so tasty on hearing itself. The Residue starts to come from mouth on just hearing the name Chicken Biriyani or the smell that comes out when someone else is making Chicken Biriyani.
How many ever times we eat chicken Biriyani, we won't get bored of it which is another speciality or added advantage.

FEEL OF THE EPIC CLASHES

                                The Media is one thing, that brings a immense amount of feelings and great intensity while we watch something. Sports Channel is the one that gets a greater TRP than any other channels. Whatever sports it may telecast, but the way of attracting the audience is amazing. Though, there are more sports and more games, which have a greater TRP. I am going with Cricket which I like the most and know something about that sports. There are various categories of Test, ODI, and T20's and amongst T20's, there are various leagues sponsored by various countries. I agree that test match provides the least TRP whereas the T20's provides most TRP.

                                 There is an hype created for certain clashes, that are always rated higher. We can take the ashes series for instance. The match between England and India, the cup size is very small, but the expectation and hype is too high. But, as audience we feel that it is the correct hype being given. In this post, am going to move towards Asia. As we all know, the greatest rivalry existing in Asia is between India and Pakistan. We can take Nationally as well as in sports. The India-Pakistan rivalry is the best encounters that can happen. They are rightly called as arch rivals. In the overall count of The number of wins Pakistan is leading. But, in the past few years India has held the upper hand in number of victories.

                                 When it comes to the World Cup and ICC Trophies, it is India that have won the most number of matches against Pakistan. There is a huge expectations from the fans of both the nation. Both the countries consider it is a humiliation or shame if they lose against the other team. There would be early prayers and both the fans do lot of things to make their team win. Not only the fans of these countries would like this game, the overall world will look for this encounter. There would be ultimate silence, if one of the star player gets out from one of the nation. The initial meeting happened in 1992 in world cups, from that moment till now, they were unable to defeat India in Worldcups.

                                There were lot of videos showing that people are breaking their television, in their homes and some times, these audience might break the houses of the players also. Winning a game against your enemy nation is very important. But, losing against them should not make you involve in violence against them and their families. lot of hatred is spreading against each other on social media. Cricket being a gentleman's game, the audience watching them also must be gentle enough to accept success or failure. We can see a lot of unity and teamspirit among people of one country but it has nothing to do with abusing other country. Still many countries see the game as just game. Such mentality should be developed among these countries also

CONVINCE OR CONFUSE

                               Questioning others is very easy task. No matter how weak we are in that particular subject, provided we have some general overview about that subject. But, answering for the questions that have been asked is a tough task. Even though the person raising the questions are not good enough in the subject, they can move forward and frame questions from the answers  received. But there is a major principle that needs to be followed, if we are not sure about the answer, that is none other than "convince or confuse". This is the first lesson learnt from management classes.

                                Why is this strategy needs to be adopted in our day to day life? It is highly necessary to follow this strategy. Convincing people is nothing but, explaining people about the happenings and making them to agree with our thoughts or ideas or strategies. It may be anything, it may be stupid,naughty or harsh. But, whatever it may be, we need to make people to agree.It is very hard to convince people, until and unless we have the skill of communicating with the people and brain washing them. This skill is mostly present with the people who are good in marketing. They can market any products as well as anything.

                                  Incase if we are not good enough in convincing people, there is an alternative strategy of confusing people. But, one thing we need to predict before following this strategy. We need to know about the hold of interviewer on the subject knowledge. If the interviewer is not good in the subject, we can go towards the strategy of confusing people. After confusing, in order to evade from establishing their weakness in the subject, they will readily agree with us. This is the advantage or benefit of confusing. Nothing but the simple mathematical calculation of minus*minus=plus.

                                This strategy not only holds good in interview, it can be used in any forms of life. This strategy holds good when we are not strong enough in something, yet we need to manage those things. There is a chance of occurrence of failure in this strategy. It is very hard for everyone to succeed in this. As, we all know probability, in most of the cases there is a equal chance of success or failure. The similar happens here. We need not worry about the failure that happens. Instead, we can think about the ways of improving ourselves, so that we won't fail the next time. This is definitely a good strategy, provided we understand the circumstances and use them wisely.

RAISE OF TICKET RATES

                     Entertainment is an industry that is a bit profitable when compared to other industries. But, sustaining in that industry is a nightmare. Many have appeared as a part of this industry and are now nowhere to be found. Already there is a complaint from the audiences that, the ticket rates are higher, so we are not able to go to theaters and watch movies. Instead they wait for the upload of movies on internet and download them and watch it or else they might wait for the movie to be telecasted on television. I have heard from a lot of people, those people had the habit of watching movie weekly once for sure. But, after hearing the news of increasing in the rate of tickets due to GST, they have decided to quit watching movies in Theaters.

                     The number of audiences to the theater will reduce drastically. Many people are angry, in the early 2000's, the audience were allowed to watch movies in theater and they can bring the snacks and other eatables to theaters. But, that resulted in the dull businesses of the canteens and various stalls present in the theaters. So, they started to look out for an alternative to make audience buy the foods and various items from these stalls. They started to put the rule of not allowing snacks from outside. Even, if they need water they need to buy inside the stalls present in the theater. Very few theaters are allowing audience to bring food from outside.

                     The families that doesn't depend upon the budgets never bother about this. But, there are certain families who would depend on their budget, won't like this being implemented. so, they decide to buy tickets and not only theater. There is a minimum budget of 500 needed for a family of 3 people to watch movies now a days. The tickets will sum upto 360 and the snacks and beverages of minimum 140. Incase if the GST is being implemented, the ticket prices might increase by 100 per family of 3. It not only does that, it makes your snacks and other beverages prices also to become higher. Already the importance given to these celebrities and their movies are reducing day by day, if this GST is not removed and the tickets prices are not reduced, then the entertainment industry will end up as end to tainment.

INDIVIDUALITY

                                Everything is not the same. There may be some similarities between them. I can say that no two things can be exactly the same. This statement not only holds good for things but also people. Even the twins cannot be exactly the same. There would be some distinguishing factor among them which acts as a difference. This difference is nothing but their individuality. In most of the cases, there are no proper platforms to exhibit the individuality. The individuality may be a certain small habit or talent or anything, which defines you and makes you stand tall and unique from others.

                              It can either be a singing talent or your artistic nature or dancing talent. Mostly, the individuality deals with the first thing that strikes on other's mind, when they think about you. In certain cases, it might be a bad thing also. A person might have a habit of yarning in the middle of an important meeting, it might be a bad thing. But, still there are no possibilities that everyone might yarn and this may be identified as a unique thing about that person. But, one thing about individuality is seeing about the positive aspects of a person that helps in growth of that particular person and all the persons associated with them.

                              It is not easy enough to stay away from others and boast well of our individuality, there are certain things that needs to be done to boost our individuality. A special concentration must be given to our individuality. We must wait for the right opportunity to showcase our talent and establish our individuality. We must be clear enough in choosing our talent. We should not try everything and not even achieving in one of them. If we are good enough, we can achieve everything. But, there is a one thing that is well and good enough to achieve our individuality.

POSING FOR PHOTOS

                              If Photography is an art, then girls are Picasso of it. From the ancient time, there was  a doubt whether, beauty belonged to male or female gender, we can easily say that beauty belonged to female gender. Anytime of the world, we can see any kind of pictures, females are the best ones in posing for the pictures. Their eyes are just enough to portray different kind of expressions and poses. In a single costume and single locations, they can take 100's of different photos with variety of poses. That is the capacity of these females. Men are also good in posing, but they are still struggling to reach the level of women, when it comes to posing for photos.

                            The specialty of the eyes of the women is that, wherever we go inside the room, the eyes of the pictures in image, might be in such a way that, they are looking us. Most of the men get fooled by this. If we take a look into the Selfie part of Photos posing, girls are taking too many risks to enjoy their adventurer part of life and they are ready to spend a lot of time for posing to the pictures. There are a lot of apps which will be the final touch for their pictures. In the inner mind, everyone has the desire to be very social and public, they would like to appreciated by others for being handsome or beautiful.

                           Photos are those that makes a normal person to become beautiful or Handsome. The poses that are portrayed in the photos plays a vital role in making the picture still more attractive. Even a normal photo can be made into a great one by just making an innovative or awesome pose. To be frank am very bad at posing for photos. The persons who have tried to take pictures of mine using their mobiles and camera might have known the feel. I appreciate them to take pain in taking pictures of mine and I should accept that they are really talented personalities. How the food is important for the people's living, such is the importance of poses on Photography.

DEALING WITH BEGGARS

                         Beggars are people whom we come across in our day to day life. However there are development of technology and other aspects, beggars are making a statement that poverty exists in India. There is a soft nature for most of the people, on seeing the beggars, they would try to help them by providing certain amount of money. It may be very little amount, still the person donating money should have a kind heart to do so. On one side we feel pity on them as most of them are old people, certain people have some physical disabilities and certain people are having infant child and even certain kids are made to beg on the roads. This is very hard to digest.

                         Most of the time we feel sorry for them and try to help them. But, not all the beggars are disabled. There are a lot of people, who became beggars due to laziness. They are definitely eligible to do some work and earn money, but they don't want to be labor and earn,rather they prefer to earn without putting investment or energy. The main thing normal people would worry about the beggars are food for them. As they are also human being and food being the first basic requirement, we try to provide them money, so that they can at least eat properly. Not only that, it is a good deed that we perform so that it can neutralize some bad deed that we might have performed unknowingly. On the grounds of humanity also, we try to help them.

                           I am not trying to say that, they should not look for something else. They can try to do something else. But, they are struggling for necessity, yet trying out something for their luxury. I personally knew,one beggar whom my parents used to donate some money, when we go to that temple. But, once they saw him on one of the wine shop and he was fully drunken. Drinking water and food is a necessity for him to survive. But, does anyone agree that drinking wines in a bar is necessity, I strongly say that it is a luxury.

                           I feel pity for people who are begging to just satisfy their necessities and I develop a hatred for those who are begging only due to their laziness and wanted to enjoy luxury without taking care of their necessities and thinking about the donaters as fool. I pray god to give a good leader to take poor people out of poverty and give a better life to those people who are begging. I did not know what label to give to this post. I personally felt that, there are certain people who are cheating in the name of beggars. So, considering cheating as a crime, I would bring this post under the heading crime.

TRADITIONAL DAY IN OFFICE

                              Though there are a lot of varieties in culture, language and religion among the people, corporate is a particular sector in which, these all becomes one and gets united. There would be a variety of people who all be a part of single team. These people often don't get time to be traditional, except for some marriage functions, yet they won't get chance to be a part of all the marriage functions. To put an end to it, there are certain initiatives undertaken by the corporate companies. That is to celebrate all the functions in office. The various traditional functions are being celebrated in office and a particular Friday would be allocated as ethnic day in that week.

                              During the ethnic day, the employees are requested to wear, traditional dresses like Sarees, Dhotis, Pyjamas etc. This give them a comfort level and a chance to remember their tradition. There would be a special care taken to spread our culture, we even try to make the people from other tradition to follow our tradition during our festival and we would try to follow their tradition during their festivals. This will construct a bridge and bridges the gap between the culturally varying people. A lot of pictures would be taken on that day and it would be a good moment to relish, even though we had left that place.

                              This phenomenon does not occur often, this is a once in a blue moon incident. But, the happiness this event provides is huge. One thing being our tradition and culture is being followed by us as well as spreading it to others. One more thing being is that we are getting accustomed to other culture. These days are often fun events and helps in reducing stress and increasing the bonding among the teammates. It is one of the positives that is being followed by the corporate companies and it would be better, if all the companies try implementing them.

ANNOYING AD'S

                             Certain things in this world, looks like something wonderful is happening in and around us. If we look from beyond, it is true. But, as we get closer on and on, we feel like this is the reality and the one being fed to us is not the reality. This heading holds good when we consider the advertisements. The first advertisement that hurts is about the washing bar, it shows as if the cloth becomes like new. But, in the reality the cloth loses its original colour and becomes like a shade of white and not the exact white that we purchased. We can take the beauty products also, it shows that we shine like stars, but the reality is only our cream gets over and fairness is not at all visible.

                              Another thing that made me angry was the health drink advertisement. They would say like, this health drink gives you height. This drink makes you taller, stronger and sharper. But, no health drink can do it. We can say that these health drinks can give us energy or strength and nothing more than that. There is a chance of adding some ingredients to get a good flavor, colour and taste. We need to be careful among them. The next one is the textile, the clothes shown in advertisement looks awesome, but it is just a crowd puller and we hurry their and purchase something among the crowd.

                           The most annoying advertisement is that off the perfumes. It shows that the spray lasts long, that can be accepted, it varies based on usage, but the ad that shows as if the ladies are attracted to the perfume that guy sprays on him is too bad. This cannot happen in reality. The bike ads also, we all have the habit of looking for long mileage bike, but the reality doesn't give the mileage as shown in the ad, definitely there would be a variation of atleast 10 km lesser mileage. After knowing, all these ads are annoying or misleading, still we go for purchase of these products, since we have the requirement of them and don't like natural products that are manufactured and go for chemicals instead.
           
                  

MARIAPPAN

                     Olympics is a sport that has many ups and downs. And Paralympics is the Olympics that is conducted to physically challenged people. Here the Physically Challenged people from all the countries are given opportunities to showcase their talent. Mariappan is one such talent who was noticed in the recently concluded Paralympics held in the year 2016. He is very shy guy and very much reserved. He won gold medal in the high jump event. Being shy and reserved in nature, but when he comes to high jump training, he is very much disciplined and was never having fear due to the wounds in his handicapped leg.

                    Mariappan leaped a distance of 1.89 metres to pluck the gold medal in this event. Hailing from a small village named "Periyavadagampatti" nearby the district of Salem and from the State of India. The leap took their family out of poverty. He has two younger brothers and an elder sister. He never was demotivated by his physical disabilities and wanted to achieve big and was confident enough to achieving something higher in life with the feeling that disabilities are never hurdles in anyone's lives. He liked to participate in all the sports and practicing hard in high jump made him fly with high colours.

                    At the age of 22, he has completed the degree of BBA(Bachelor of Business Administration), was not able to find any job. He has lot one of his legs while playing and  when the bus crashed it when he was 5 years old. He was participating and winning in school and inter collegiate events. He is very punctual and disciplined. Despite his family circumstances, he used to be present in the ground on time. He braved wounds on his leg. When he trained regularly, there is a chance that it takes couple of weeks to heal. He is an example, that poverty or disability is never an hindrance to achieve something bigger and only our interest,focus and hard-work is enough to fly with higher colours.

EAT TO LIVE OR LIVE TO EAT

                                    Food habits play a vital role in determining the health conditions of a particular person. Of course, the food habits vary from place to place or according to the conditions existing. In certain cases, we cannot control our taste buds and wanted to eat that particular food, even though we might know that eating that food will definitely cause trouble to us. But, still we cannot control them. For instance, let us consider a diabetes patient, their taste buds will require to eat some sort of sweets, they know that they are harmful but still think to have it and take medicine or insulin. Such is a scenario existing in the world. Even though we are aware of harmfulness of certain food habits, we have a attitude of curing it, if that harmness comes.

                                     There are a certain places in which we can eat without limit, for example a unlimited meal in some hotel. Human wants are huge in this world and he doesn't say enough on most of the things that he gets. The only thing that he says enough would be food. As there won't be enough storage space in stomach after crossing certain limit. There is a simple answer for the above heading, as most of them prefer eating just for the sake of living. There are certain foodies who live only for eating. They won't show much involvement for rest of the works, but when it comes to eating they may be the kings or queens.

                                      There is nothing wrong in living to eat. According to old mythology, food has been used as medicine in most of the cases and have cured diseases. But, it is not possible in the present scenario, due to the latest technology, pollution and lot more. There should be a specific limit for the food that we intake and it should be enough to neutralize our hunger. There is a lot of food crisis in the world, in order to reduce that we need to reduce wastage. Consumption of food is our own wish. But, unnecessarily eating too much of food and spending money on health issues can be avoided. There are reduced chances of health issues if we follow the habit of eat to live than following the policy of live to eat. Feel the difference.

PROBLEMS FACED FOR NOT HAVING A BIKE

                             Most of the guys like bike riding. I am one exceptional who does not like to ride bikes. The major reason being the fear of accidents and to live long. But, we cannot guarantee that avoidance of riding bikes alone gives long life. The worst thing is that I don't want to die because of riding bike and die in a road accident. I had got a lot of opportunities to ride a bike, yet I avoided them due to this fear. But, I am ready anytime to ride on the bike sitting comfortably when someone else is driving the bike. As, the faith on them is more than myself. On one side, am feeling happy as there is no need to take a tension on riding a bike. But, on the other hand, there is a hatred among myself for not learning driving a bike.

                             Though, I know to drive a scooter and have got license by just driving the scooter, there is a problem of not having a bike for myself. Whenever my friends plan to go outing, I need to depend on someone else to give me a lift or else, I need to start early to look after public transportation. I am unable to go the places that I wanted to go. I am not able to take my parents to some place, as I don't have a bike. There can be a contradictory statement for the usage of scooters. The problem with scooters is that, it is not suitable for far places. The rides can happen in the nearby places and not more than that.

                            Certain times, I used to get a feeling that, If I know the art of riding bikes, there is a high probability that I might get a girl friend. But, not necessarily that all the bike riders have lover. Many people used to demand to their parents to get a bike for them, that too a trendy model, costly bikes. But, Even my parents are ready to buy it to me, I am not good enough to handle a bike as of now. Many feel bikes as their lover, I have not had the feel of both. The major problem for not asking for buying a bike is space for keeping it in our house.

                            The next reason being the lack of usage of mine, as I won't be staying in my house for at least a period of 1 year from now. I dont like to under utilize and decided to make decision of not buying the bike. I too have a lot of expectations, taking friends in my bike, helping with parents, if it is needed for them to go somewhere. But, am not able to fulfill these wishes as of now, because of not having the bike. I have decided to play the waiting game and wait for the time,that will arrive soon and enjoy all these amenities like others. Though there is a pain of not having bike, there are a lot of good things that heal and cure this pain.

GHOST ENCOUNTER

                                Do ghost exists?  If we think it’s true. then it will come closer and become visible to our eyes. Let me tell a story which has happened in my life and moreover it’s a real life experience for me. I am going to explain how I tackled that situation. Once me and my friends went to a tour to ooty. we all took a room nearby a graveyard. There was a watchman who told us to close the doors during nights because of paranormal activities. We simple did not turn up to it. It was around 1pm at night. 

                               As I and my friend felt asleep we went out and enjoyed the cool breeze. That time I notice a white figured young girl passing through our room. I told my friend. He refused to listen to me as they usually do.The very next day I told to watchman regarding this incident. He looked at me and laughed saying there are no girls in this area. It’s around 11.30pm on the next day; I told my friends that we can go out for dinner and comeback. Everybody agreed to it and I took a digital cam with me to take photographs.

                              That time I noticed the same figure following me and I told my friends, that I got a call and  I’ll be back in a while .when I went aside that figure followed me and I asked " what she wanted from me ". she simply looked at me and went . I told my friends that I was followed by a white figured girl. Then my friends told that if u believe in it, you will have the feel of ghosts. Then from that instance, I stopped thinking about the ghosts and started to enjoy my trip to ooty.

TOUGHEST JOB IN THE UNIVERSE

                           There are a lot of jobs in the world and they are unique in their own way. Each job has their comfort level as well as tough levels. It provides challenges often and unpredictable at times. It is not good to compare one job with another as they might vary in some aspect or other and it is difficult to compare them. But, there are a lot of jobs, which are need to be done without earning and without complaining, these works are done on the 24*7 basis into 365 days. There would be definitely an end period for that job. There may be n number of reasons for getting an end to that job.

                           Here am just going to open and tell that, it is none other than being a mother of a child. It might not be a job and responsibility but still whatever work is being done and it should be considered as job. The loss-age of blood and loss-age of her weight to give birth to a child. Then after that till the kid goes to school, it is very difficult to grow up a child. The timings will change not sure whether they will get a proper sleep and proper food. Need to feed the baby. Need to clean the things that has been done by baby. Need to ensure that something bad should not go into the mouth as well as mind of kids.

                        They should ensure that kids dont intake anything bad that is left over on floor as well as the bad words spoken by the people in and around. When they are not well, need to take to hospital and when they are eating, have to do all kind of activities to make them eat. Certain child eats when they are being threatened, certain kids listen to song and then eat and certain child might require mobile and so on. We should understand their liking and make them eat. Sometimes the liking may vary and we need to adjust according to their wish. Most of the mothers lose their body shape and features as they fail to take care of themselves. There might be a lot of happy moments, sad moments and everything is special moment and need to balance between them.

                          The children nearby might have called them as sister or so but after their phase, their body undergoes an immense transformation and the sister word akka might become aunt. Even the chance of going outing might get reduced as their will be a full time job of taking care of them. though there might be grandparents and maid servants to help them, still the child requires mother more than anyone else. Though, it is the toughest job, there is a greatest satisfaction and immense pleasure in doing it, which cannot be given by any other job like that. This was posted by listening to one of my well wishers and she did not want to reveal her identity. I cannot tell about this, as there is no chance for me to experience motherhood.

REAL BEAUTY

                         External appearances are deceptive. The real beauty lies in way in which we perceive things. There are a lot of things that have hidden beauty that shows the real beauty. There are certain things which makes other things beautiful. In other words, they add external beauty to everything. The ink added to eyes add a beauty. Adding a lie to the poem adds beauty. The pit that falls on the chin, The Darkish hair, The walk during our youth time is a beauty, The gray hair that comes during our old age is a beauty. For the thieves night is the beautiful thing and for lovers moon is a beautiful thing.

                        The wings of a bird is a beauty to it. The hunch on the back is beauty for old people and child is beautiful to her mother. The early morning clouds are awesome and the sleeping girl looks awesome. The cover of paddy adds beauty and the cover of coconut adds beauty to it. The river running across a city adds beauty to the whole city. The Chariot that we see during the procession is another beauty. The letter 'la' in Tamil language is a different beauty and am beautiful to my lady love. If there is a possession of love on something everything looks beautiful in that place.

                         The lies that are being told for the good things to happen is a beauty. The smell of beautiful blooming flower is a beauty. The opening of feathers of a peacock is a beauty. Lot of beautiful things that are in and around, it majorly lies in our own perspective. There is no necessity that everything should look beautiful in everyone's perspective. It may vary, we should not worry about the things that does not look beautiful, we just need to search for beauty around us and look at the real beauty that is inside heart rather than falling for some external appearances that are deceptive.

IDLY

                        Another post about one of the healthiest foods. Yes, the taste of idly might be boring. But, this food does not trouble anyone. The patients having fever can be fed this. The small infants can also be fed with idly. But, there are a lot of foods that have restriction of digestion problem. But, our Idly being one of the easily digestive foods. It was the Idly shop that opened first in many places and seeing there were many other competitors who started shops specifying the particular Indian foods. We mainly don't feel the taste of idly because it is too plain. The flour in which we make idly is pretty tasteless, still a little amount of salt is added in idly flour.

                        But, there are a lot of side dishes or gravies that can make idly tasty. The vadacurry, the chutney, the sambar and anything can be made as a side-dish. There was a funny scenario about idly in one of the movies. The guy used to crunch idly and make it look like rice and pours beer and makes it like a curd. So, what I conclude to say is, there can be conversion of idly into any other forms. Suppose, if the idly remains a day long, it can be converted into upma. The preparation of idly takes less time than most of the breakfast. Idly takes less cost for preparation than any other breakfast.

                      The combination of Idly and Vadai  is one of the best combos in Indian Food History. Even there is a greater demand of these foods, when the foreigners travel in India especially the south. The idly is very traditionally prepared food. When can visit any of the hotels in the south and see the menu card. The idly will be priced least among all of the breakfast available. It would be readily available as if there is excess of Idly it can be eaten by the employees working there or can be converted into the form of Upma. Such is the wonderfulness of Idly, This post is dedicated to all the idly haters to understand the importance of Idly.

METRO - A TOURIST SPOT

                          We must be proud for getting metro train as transport facility. Many cities were already equipped with these metro train facilities in India and Chennai being the latest entrant among the few cities that have metro facilities, the work under few routes are still under progress but most of the parts of the city is under construction. This was constructed majorly to reduce the time taken to reach between two destination. But, the number of regular users of these metro trains are very less in number. This is majorly due to the higher prices of the ticket.

                         As I am travelling regularly in Metro for the past one month, I am able to conclude this statement. The capacity of train is more and not even the seats are being filled. But, what I see most of the time that I travel is the tourist spot metro has created. I often see small kids coming to train to see this a tourist spot. Lot of them taking selfies and posting them on Facebook. Few of them took live videos and telecasted them directly on Facebook. It has been a family tourist spot on certain occasion also. But, what can people do, we cannot blame them.

                        Most of the families are earning very less income and it is not affordable for them to invest more on their travel expense. Time is important but money becomes more important than the time. As money can even buy their time. The metro train is a people benefit scheme brought for the welfare of people, but keeping the rates so high is trouble caused to the people. The main aim of undertaking such project might fail ultimately due to this pricing system. It is unfair to raise prices so much. The reason stated by them to keep these high fares are not at all acceptable.

                       The reason stated by them, was improper maintenance of the existing metro station if the prices are kept low. The people from local areas and low lying areas might travel through this train and they have a fear of spoiling the rail system, if these people are allowed to travel.This thinking is entirely wrong. Inspite of having tight checking, They are claiming this as a reason. It is necessarily those people might spoil the train, anyone can spoil. Unless and until the fares are reduced the metro train will remain as a tourist spot and not regular usage of transport.

IF LIFE WAS A BLACKBOARD

                              Everyone has to live their life only once. Unless and until the nature gives us chance to live once again. That is also not sure whether we would get same kind of life again. We may be a different person at a different place. We all know that birth is like buying a black board, we can do it easily and death is like a lifetime of a blackboard, until the blackboard looses it's life, we can utilize it. Intermediate time period of one's life would be like the usage of blackboards. Some have the capacity to utilize a blackboard for a long period of time, which is to live safely.

                              Certain people have the tendency to achieve a lot of things but won't have a lifetime, like using the board for doing many things. But, our life cannot be blackboard. Blackboard has the quality of erasing the unwanted or completed things with the help of duster, but our life does not have any chance of doing so. This is majorly due to the fact, that one incident that happened in one's life is always happened. In no way it can be taken back. Similarly, the wrong things that has been done by persons cannot be erased but it can be corrected as in the case of blackboard.

                              We always clean the blackboard when it is not being used. We also try to clean the sins committed by us, by just praying to god. But, we must understand that sin committed cannot be cleaned instead it can be nullified by the number of good deeds that we perform. The rest time that we take in our life is similar to the idle non usage time of the blackboard. Blackboard does the good deed of teaching others, if we can teach others from our life lessons, it would be a meaningful life. As the blackboard's life ends at particular point of time, our life will also end one day.

IMPROPER PUNISHMENTS

                           The Punishments should be made in a severe manner, so that the crimes will get reduced. But, the crimes are increasing day by day. This is basically due to the improper law and improper judgement given for the cases. So, I have taken this topic. There are many countries in which the criminals are being punished severely in such a manner that, the remaining people don't even think about committing the crime. But, in India, there are a lot of holes through which the criminals are escaping. One more thing that is not happening is the unity is not present among the Indians. They are always concentrating on their own problems and don't have time for spending time on other's problems.

                           The people not getting involved in other's problems can be spared, but the person creating problems for other persons should not be spared. The main problem is the diversity among the Indians. The unity they show while watching a cricket match is not present, when there is a necessity to oppose the government. If people are united, they can bring in changes in the government. The next generation youths showed the way, the unity that can bring in about the changes in the society. But, there are a lot of people, who prevent these youngsters to get involved in these kind of protests.

                          Justice delayed is denied. There are a lot of cases which lasted for 20 years and the convict died before the case got over and the judgement was declared. Such, is the present judicial condition of India. If, we speak about these, there is a tag created for us named as Anti-Indian. The only way to get a favorable judgement is the possession of money or power. If you are in  possession of both, you are the king and queen. If you are in possession of one among them  still you can be a jack. But, if you don't have both, then the country sees you as joker. The punishments should be made in a proper way so that these crimes reduce and the law should not be bought by money.

ABSENTEEISM

                            Employment is the talk of the town everywhere, from the reign of trump, the projects to other countries are getting reduced as most of the projects are being allocated to America. If this might be an issue on one side, from the other side, there is another issue being the absenteeism. "There needs to be a lot of modifications that has to be done of the working system" is the claim from most of the employees. The reason being unable to balance the work and life. Both are separate paths and should not be related. The problem with personal life should not affect your work life and the vice versa.

                           But, some or other tension creates the problem of absenteeism among the employees. It might be some problem with work place or with some colleague or some problem in home. Anything might be the reason but absenteeism is present among the most of the companies. It is a big issue. It will destroy the morale of the company and the remaining employees working in the company. So, there must be some counselor appointed in each company so that the issues of employees are given importance and discussed to resolve them and solve as quickly as possible.

                         Sometimes it might sound like simple absenteeism and what is the need for giving so much importance to it. But, there might be a possibility of the employee leaving the company if the absenteeism starts to creep. The employee are the main resources of a company and the retention of these resources is a necessity of all. This absenteeism might have started at their early ages either from school or college, it might not sound that much during those phases of life. But when it comes to professional it is very important aspect. So, to ensure that absenteeism is reduced in future, we need to start planting the importance of this absenteeism to school kids at their early ages.

FAKE ACCOUNT

                           There is nothing wrong in having multiple accounts. It is quite natural to have multiple accounts for a person. But, these accounts can be opened in banks and not in Facebook. Yes, a person having more than one account in Facebook is said to have a fake account. The fake accounts might be created just for fun purpose but on time being there is something wrong is being happening with the help of fake accounts.I have heard people creating fake accounts for making fun of their friends especially boys, who are too much into girls. But, after sometime I came to know about the lot of bad incidents happened because of this fake account.

                             Fake account has been used as a technique to grab money from people those who have a weaker corner or weakness towards women. The fake id creators create some Facebook profile with the attractive images of women and keep those pics of women as their profile picture. This includes morphing of those pictures in nude and very bad postures. Those senseless people who have weakness for women believe in these pictures and look to hit upon the women in the picture as real women and try to hook up with them. But, these fakers make money with those pictures and cheat them. A recent study showed that out of the total 40% of female profiles on Facebook 97% of profiles are fakes.

                           Sometimes these morphed pictures are being spread across the internet and various sites in the internet for making money and when the girl and her family comes to know about this, they have no other choice than dieing. There are many such incidents happened in and around the world. So, there must be a strict analysis that has to be done by the makers of these social networking sites, whether the id created by people are true or not. The processing of original ID proofs should be made mandatory, in order to prevent faking accounts to protect the life of people. Uploading their pics in social networking sites is full freedom of girls and the misusing of these images should be stopped rather than asking them not to upload their pics.

VARIETY OF COLOURS

                          Colours is an interesting topic to discuss. Artists know the importance of colours. The people who lived in the early 40's know the importance of colours. We can see the difference in that era and the present era. During, those days everything were suppose to be in black and white. In the mid period a little bit of colours started to appear and the then now everything is colorful. According to science as far as I know, there are only two colours, they are black and white. And there are a band of seven colours which is known as VIBGYOR, as we all know it is nothing but violet Indigo, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange and Red.

                         So, we can consider white as our hero, who ensures that all these band of 7 colours is present and black being our villain, doesn't allow any of the band to be present. But, now a days there are lot of colours. We would like to see colours in everything. The place that we go, the dress that we wear, the food that we eat and almost everything. We also expect our gadgets to be colorful, there is no necessity for gadgets to be colorful but still that color brings in attraction and a separate value. The colours can be understood better from girls rather than boys.

                        Once, I remember purchasing in a textile, The shopkeeper showed me the pant colours, there were very few like blue, black, grey,brown, cream and dark green. I demanded for different colours, he told these are the maximum colours that are available for boys. So, I was upset as these colours of pants were already present with me. The other colours like pink, orange,violet doesn't look good for boys especially me. Now, we have only pink for boys, but our girls have a variety like rose pink,baby pink,pastel pink,light pink, champagne pink, cherry blossom pink and so on .

                       Such is the difference of color handling between the girls and boys. It is always good to look colorful. There was a saree that was designed by one of the textile giants, which contains 50000 colours. I was shocked and asked how this could happen?, but I did not know the combination of two colours. For example, the combination of yellow and blue can produce green colour. Similarly, there can be a combination of 'n' number of colours which can make this 50000 colours combinations a successful one. There are some girls who like to wear everything matching and look for the same colored accessories. As far as I know, being colourful is good but making others life colourful is even more wonderful.

                             There are many apps in android, but what is special about this app. We might get attracted to certain dialogues, so we want to imitate those dialogues by ourselves. But, we are so shy in nature and have a reluctance to do so. If we do the dialogue properly, we might miss out on the expressions. So, Dubsmash helps us to concentrate on body language and the dialogue would be automatically played on our device. We need to give the lip moment in a manner that there is a proper sync for the dialogue with our mouth sync.What is so good about it? This was the first question that raised in many minds at the beginning.

                            When they started using this app, it got a great response. It sounded so funny and by word of mouth, everyone started to try doing this. There were some TV channels that collected the dubsmashed videos and then made us popular on TV. Our people loved to see their faces on TV, even if they were made fun of. Many people had a desire to get noticed all over the world, by being telecasted on TV. Even small kids started to perform well on dubsmash and it became trending worldwide. There are few people, who took it to next level by starting their own Facebook pages for just delivering the dubsmash videos.

                           They started to get a lot of fans, if people started to like them. And there were some encouragement if their performance were not upto the mark. I did not expect that this app will provide people some fan following and as far as i know, there are a lot of fans following for those dubsmash artists. This app is just a relaxation and bring in the funny side of each person. Everyone has some funny side, but there is a requirement of an instrument that needs to bring the funny side out of them.
