BACHELOR- HOUSE SEARCHING

                                   There are three basic necessities for a person. As we all know they are food,clothing and shelter. Food is the first one given more importance as we would die without it. Even if people don't have proper clothing, they can manage with it, provided they get food properly. The one with least priority is shelter as there are still people living on platforms and places without any basic amenities. This is a general discussion. Now, let us head towards the topic which is about the issues faced while bachelors chase an house for rent.

                                   Youngsters mostly love to work in the place or city they originally belong to, but due to the requirement of the company, they get location that is pretty much new to them. They need to search a place to accommodate themselves, which can be house, PG or hostel rooms or mansions. If they are ready to stay alone they might opt for hostels or PG accommodations or mansions. But, if they want to live freely, then they might require a individual house. It is based on their calculation to be done. If they need more luxury and comfortable life, they might opt for a house rather than PG or hostel.

                                 The problem lies with house owner. They mostly wanted to extract the possible amount from bachelors. Usually a rent for house of a family man is Rs8000 means, the family have to pay Rs10000 for the same house. Then a hell lot of conditions regarding the usage of water, current etc. The expectance of rent at accurate time. Demanding money for the problems that already existed in the house. If we like the house, there would be a problem with rent, if we have are alright with rent, there won't be much satisfaction with house.

                                  If the rent and house are feasible, there might be some problem with house owner. If all the three is doing good, then there might be a problem with the tenant who is our bachelor. There should be some concern on both the sides. Bachelor should ensure that they don't spoil the name of house owner who provided them with the shelter and house owner should treat bachelor as their guest, who has trusted our place and us to have shelter for them. There should be some restrictions on bachelor, but there is a limit that should be followed by house owners.
