ONE SIDE LOVE

                                    Love is the universal and most interesting topic that everyone would like to read. There are two types of love, one sided love and double sided love. The latter is the much known and given much importance than the former. I would like to elaborate on the one side love. Here the male or female have a love on other gender. Mostly they would fail to express their love to other gender. It is a pain that the person experiences. I would like to explain the one side love in a guy's point of view.  He would like to express his love to the girl but a lot of factors will be going in and around his head and he might end up in not telling his love.

                                    Whatever may be the climatic conditions or the circumstances, the one side lover never fails to stay away from that girl. He won't leave her, even if he does not get stare from her. Even after expressing love if she scolds or shames you in front of others also, his love never disappears from the heart. One side love is the love that does not have any competition. There is no need of acting in the one side love, we can be our self and no need to change our characteristics. There are no words to express this love and his life moves around dreams with her.

                                   The double side love gets over in just romancing, but our single side love even makes us to be proud after getting her breath in air. We might even wait for 10 days to just see her face. We would have her thoughts in our heart forever. As we all know, the water in the deeper level is very tasty, likewise our one side love has a greater depth. Our one side love makes us happy just to hear her voice. This one side love mostly happens with the men, in certain cases female might also get but it is very less in number. There are many people who consider that one side love is waste. but, they must understand one thing, one side lovers expect nothing in return. We are selfless lovers.

SPORTS CURRICULUM IN INDIA

                                     Sports is the form of education which teaches us commitment, spirit, discipline, teamwork, hard work and so on. It is an integral part of everyone's life. Everyone cannot be expert in sports and cannot be winner in all. But, sports act as a physical form of exercise to people. But, the sports are not given much importance by parents as well as the educational institutions. There are certain institutions which take sports as a mean of earning money without training them properly. mostly, the students need to go to private academies for learning sports. many students have ruined their life, they might have wanted to become sportsperson but ended being software engineer or so.

                                     In most of the schools only one period will be allocated for sports in a week. most of the times, that might be borrowed by someone else. In the evening there will be little time left to be allowed inside campus. The students will be already tired attending classes from morning to evening, again they will have to attend special classes as well as coaching classes. In between lot of exams and other activities. The student might get a chance to play for a team, but the exam might come during the same time, parents and school would ask them to concentrate on studies. very few institutions support them. Being the second largest populated country in the world, still we are struggling in olympics.

                                    In the modern days, most of the jobs related in handling the systems, there will be very minimal physical exercises. Sports ensure that people have a proper physical exercise. The people working in IT fields are suffering from back pain and knee pain in their early ages due to lack of physical exercise. We are not demanding to allow children to be involved in sports all the time. At least an hour a day in sports will be sufficient enough. Most of the schools are not supporting with the sports equipment. all are made to participate in scoring marks for education and studies. So, if this trend continues, future generation will suffer a lot.

                                     

WHICH GENDER IS BETTER ?

                                  This is a topic to be discussed among people. There are two basic genders male and female. Everyone are being comparing these both genders. We must consider both the genders as equal. If this question was asked some 25 years back, the answer would definitely be Men. But, the time period has been changed and the women are competing like men in all the forms of life. Now a days women are empowered and they are achieving everything. They are considered as weaker section because of not having bravery, but now a days lot of women are brave enough and doing lot of things.

                                  Men are getting weaker day by day. The responsibilities, the burden and the competition from women makes men more stressed. The need to satisfy the desires of wife and sometimes need to share the household works as women are also working. There is nothing wrong in it, but he is not getting used to such circumstances and mostly he has a mindset of kitchen is working place of women. But, he adjusts as days pass by. At one stage if he feels offended, there is a chance of getting divorced. The main thing that is against men is most of the laws are favoring women.

                               There are some cases in which innocent men are being accused for dowry and women torture. Yes, dowry cases happen but, the law is totally favorable for women. There is a chance of misusing this eve teasing case also. The main thing in which women feels a weaker gender is the safety concern. Still, it is difficult for them to come in roads alone during mid nights. Certain men feel very bad and thinks that they should have born as women. There is most of the transgender cases in which men are converting as women and not so much women does the vice versa. This is another weaker part of men.

                               Many men struggled to run the family and have ended up in committing suicides. Men are more concerned about love than women. They have committed suicides after having no guts to face the situations after love failure. But, this does not carry good for men. But, still in villages lot of women child are being killed and the daughters-in-law are facing tough situations. Educated women are trying to save women from being endangered. If we consider 90's scenario, women have improved a lot, but i think that still men have a slight edge over women.

CORRUPTION

                                     Corruption is a national disease that is occurring in almost all parts of the world. The people in power who is involved in bribery for getting a act done or in favoritism is called as Corruption. The process of getting a bribe or some favor for doing a proper thing that has to be done. The process of doing a illegal thing by getting money or some other favor can also be termed as corruption. It can also be termed as under-table dealings. It is mostly involved in almost all the sectors where money matters a lot.

                                     The corruption plays a major role in most of the government sectors. The officials might demand a ransom for putting signature. It is mainly involved in political sector, educational systems, employment vacancies, judicial system, police etc. If we consider the political system, the corruption will take place in the various social schemes being involved for the welfare of the people. Politicians might be the main culprits there. They might show a project for Rs1000 crore and spend only Rs500 crore for that and the remaining amount they will take as a black money. The also involve the other people working towards the project and their share would be given.

                                    In the educational system corruption might be involved in private sector also. But again the beneficiary would be government and politicians. As most of the educational institutions are being run by the politicians. If we have a look at the employment sector, there are some jobs which are being sold for money. Certain government jobs might cost up to lakhs. The person getting that job, won't be silent. He would like to get the money he had invested. After earning the return of investment, he would crave for more. This process continues in the employment sector.

                                    In the judicial system, there might be a chance of getting the money and giving justice in the favor of culprit might happen. Sometimes, they might be threatened and the decisions might become favor of the criminals. There is corruption being involved in police sector, they might  get money and file a complaint against innocent people to release the people who gave them bribe.These are just a little content that is involved in corruption process and happening in front of our eyes. There are lot more which get unnoticed. If the corruption moves out of the country, then only we can become developed, else the innocent people become the real sufferers. The worst thing about this corruption is people get the mindset that things would be done, only if they are bribed. So, this thought must be erased from the mind of people and we youth must work towards this goal.

IMPORTANCE OF IMPORTANCE

                                    The important things for a particular person keeps on changing. It does not stay constant, unless it might be a long term goals. unless and otherwise it keeps on changing. Many people doesn't give importance to those who give importance them. I feel sorry for being one among them. There should be a importance given for almost everything that is happening around us. But, the level of importance holds the key factor. We might consider someone as the important and integral part of our life, but they might not find us important to them. In, certain cases there are a few who give much more importance to us but we might miss them.

                                    The above mentioned statements might have happened in at least some people in this world, if i am not wrong. The importance might be reducing gradually, as the liking may shift. There are some external and internal factors that also might vary the importance. Time factor is a one which also determines the importance we give to others. The importance given to others might be less during working hours and more during the leisure time. There may be much more less importance given during the sports hour or so.

                                    The position held might also determine the importance that we give. The person with higher position might have a greater importance than others. Sometimes celebrities will be given more importance than others. These celebrities might be a cine star, sportsperson, social worker, politician and so. The importance given to them will be higher. There are very few who doesn't bother much about them and give less importance to them. There is a so called love, which determines the importance given. A boy or girl might give more importance to their lover than their family. Thus, the person to whom we are giving importance should be worth enough of it and ensure that we get some importance back from them, otherwise there is no use of this importance.

CONNECTIONS

                               Connection is the ability to link something or the other. That can be either persons or companies or certain things or concepts and so on. Always linking one thing to other makes the process of understanding simple. Relating everything in the world might create confusions. But relating everything to maximum possible extent is advisable. These established relations are called as connections. Once upon a time, there are a lot of things that are being done to get a work done. They are mostly due to the proper procedures being followed.

                              Now-a-days very few things follow proper procedures, remaining activities are being carried out by the established contacts or connections. This is especially happening in the government offices. In the olden days, there used to be lot of applications forms to be filled and search for employment news , to get job opportunities. But, now-a-days there are lot of job opportunities that are visible due to connections through social media. Even this social media became active due to the advancement of internet connections.

                              In every field of business, these connections play a vital role. They are having at most importance. There will be a network formation between those connections. Somehow or the other, this network makes getting things done in a easier and effective manner. Lot of considerations and consultations might be made with the influence of these connections. The friend of friend of friend and it goes on. Sometimes there might be connections due to colleague of colleague of colleague. These networks might be formed to interest in specific things.

                              Suppose, there are few people who might be interested in playing cricket. There might be a network formation because of that sport. Then, there might be another network formation between people those who are interested in travelling. There are infinite reasons for which a person might get connected with other person. This network establishes a good bonding between people. Whatever may be the case, the networks and connections which we are getting should guide us in right path and never change directions and lead into a improper activity or result. It is necessary to ensure that this holds good in the network or connections that we establish

                               

CLIMATIC VARIATIONS

                                     Climate is the weather conditions prevailing in a certain area or a region. The climate can be predicted upon the influence of seasons. The season is classified into 4 major categories and they are summer, autumn, winter and spring. The warmest season of the year, there will be a high temperature and the chance of rainfall will be less. The spring is the season where there will growth of vegetation and it originates after winter and before summer. Winter is the season where the temperature would reach the most lowest possible values. Autumn is the season after summer and before winter.

                                      Here we are going to see the variations in climatic conditions in Tamil Nadu. If we have a look into the climatic conditions of India, there will be long summers, short winters and a little bit rainfall. The rainfall is unpredictable, it might vary from year to year. The summer season mostly begins during the month of March and continues till July, it is the part of the year where the climatic conditions will be too hot. The temperature gradually reduces in the subsequent months of August and September. The season of October and November is the dependent on rainfall. December might produce some rainfall.

                                    The winter season begins in the mid November and continues till mid January. After January, the temperature starts to rise. The autumn and Spring can be found by the growth or fall of leaves. Spring is the growth and Autumn is the fall. There is a huge amount of uncertainty present in the climatic conditions. We might consider it as a natural occurrence, but we must take the blame on ourselves for this climatic conditions. The deforestation, environmental pollution, improper disposal of wastes, usage of plastics, Global Warming and polluting the natural resources like water, land also can be considered as the reasons for these climatic variations.

                                   Already there are plenty who are suffering from these problems and farmers can be taken as example for instance. Some steps that can be used to reduce the further damage that can be caused by these climatic variations are planting more trees, organic farming, water supply management, Wind energy, waste separation and composting, Bio-digestion, microbial technology for soil improvement. We can't control the climatic variations that happen but at least try to protect the resources that are being affected by these climatic conditions.

STRANGE DREAMS

                          Dreams are the series of thoughts, images and sensations occurring in a person's mind during sleep. It can be anything in this world. It would be like we would be part of that imaginary kind of thing. We will forgot ourselves and we would be out of the world. We will feel like we are in real world. It will take a while for realizing that we are in that imaginary world. Certain dreams would make us feel happy and comfortable. There are few others, which cause us to fear and stress, creating an unpleasant environment.

                          There are certain dreams that occur due to the obsession with our favorite activities. Certain dreams are hard to remember and recall. Dreams mostly occur with those persons who are creative and imaginative. Their subconscious mind would be always thinking about something or others. There are certain people who would think about something that they are not capable of doing, but they want to do it as a desire. Dr.A.P.J Abdul Kalam told to pursue with your dreams. In this context the term dreams denote the aim that we want to achieve in our life.

                       There are some people, who does not have any dreams in their life. They don't have any idea to be implemented in their life. It is always great to pursue with our dreams. It mainly deals with the career paths which we might choose. Someone might dream to become doctor, engineer, sportsmen, cine field, politician, businessman etc. Dreams may vary from person to person based on their liking. We should have belief in ourselves and always have a high end dream. Dreaming alone does not help us. We must take necessary steps in acheiving our dreams, so that we would lead a happy and comfortable life

                           

CONTRADICTION OF MOVIE TITLES - INDIAN MOVIES

                             Movie is the one of the oldest and widely used entertainment in our day to day life. Lot of things are being learned from movie and it can have both positive effect and negative effect on our activities. The movie has a greater link with our personal activities and it is integral part of our life. In olden days, people used to watch only few language movies. But, now a days with the subtitle's almost all the language movies are watched all around the world. The teasers and trailers play a very important role in the promotion of the movies.

                             Before the teasers and trailers, the title of the movie creates hype and expectations. Now, let me discuss the advantages of having a catchy title. Whatever promotional strategies or marketing ideas undergone in promoting the movie, the title is far more important. The title must not be too lengthy and try to convey something that keeps audience interested. There are lot of research being done before selecting a title for a movie. They should refer whether, those titles exists already. Mostly, the preference should be given for titles that were not existing already.

                            In certain cases, the already used titles would be apt for this movie. There are certain procedures to be followed before fixing on that title. Suppose, if we go upon a very famous and hit movie's title, there will be quite a lot of expectations on that movie. The justification must given for choosing on that title. Otherwise, it would be better to change on the title. There are certain movies which had great story line, screenplay and almost everything in perfect constituent. But, it failed miserably due to improper title, which made audience stay away.

                          Many movies failed as a result of not justifying the title. There are certain movies that struggled to keep titles.They kept the lyrics of famous songs as title. Sometimes, they also utilized the famous dialogues or one liners from movies. Movie making is just like a gambling, if it works out well we might become rich and if it fails we might end up in loans. So, it is always necessary to provide a proper justification to movies, so that there is no contradiction to the movies and audience get good entertainment.
                             

PATIENCE

                                 Patience is always needed in our life. We need to put effort in some things and need the patience to wait to get the desired result. If something goes wrong in what we had performed, we need the patience to analyse what had gone wrong. The anger is the dearest enemy to our hero patience. Many people think, how can we be patient when something wrong is happening around us. It is damn true in that case. Patient is nothing but a slight calmness that is needed in doing a work. If we are in a tension and hurry in performing a task, there is a chance of something that might go wrong. Patience prevents that.

                                 Patience is a quality I had observed in many people. I would like to mention Rahul Dravid and the patience i had observed in him. Once upon a time, when I was in my childhood, I started to watch Cricket. My cricket hero was Sachin as most of them would have had. I used to hate Rahul Dravid as he was wasting many balls. That was my perception. After getting exposure and realizing the importance of such a kind of innings, I started to like Dravid's game. He showed aggression with caution and Patience. Such was his temperament. He faced all the critics and accepted the instruction of team with patience, even if he might have not liked it. He was the one who made me realize the importance of patience.

                                But we can't be patient in all the situations in our life. Patience can be taken into account if there is a long term benefit. This patience might not work out in short term goals. Importance of Patience will come handy in making the decisions. If we are patient enough, our mind will be clear and the decisions can be made easier and effectively. It is difficult to be patient in all kind of situations, but it would be of great use in the case of family matters and company's decisions and lot more

SATISFACTION

                               Satisfaction is one of the difficult things to achieve in life. Whomever it may be, satisfying them with their needs is very difficult. The needs or wants get increasing day by day. There are very few who are satisfied with what they have. Those people never try to compete with others and never complain about others. The only thing people get satisfied with is food. After a certain amount of food, they won't like to have more.There is a limit for amount of food which we consume. If we consider the thing in which people never get satisfied is money and power.

                               Now, let us consider an example. A person who is using a bicycle as a transport, his next aim would be a scooter, then motor bike, then normal car, then advanced car and so on. There is a similar kind of scenario in each and every aspect of life. If we consider the income or money part of a person, he might opt for a job with high salary. There are a very few people who are satisfied with the job they get. Many might have taken some jobs just for the sake of income and the allowances they get. Certain people might prefer location of the job rather than money. preference may vary but satisfaction is not fulfilled.

                              If we consider a family's point of view, it will be difficult to satisfy each and every member of the family. The demand of this generation is very vast. We can consider to find out that, in the earlier generations there were a large amount of people who were satisfied with the things they possess. But, it is not possible now. If a businessman, already owns 3 cars, he still has a desire to buy 4th car. There won't be such a necessity to buy. But, still he is not satisfied with the 3 cars he has. His dissatisfaction makes him buy the fourth one.

                               This is also the case with mobile phones also. people are not satisfied with the mobile phone they have. As soon as a new model is launched, they wanted to buy it. There are lot of examples like this that can be quoted for this scenario. We can say that, if there is a satisfaction from scientists, there may not be lot of technologies and innovations that would have happened. This is a true statement that holds good. These dissatisfaction ended in a productive manner. But, there are certain dissatisfaction which might result in unwanted result. So, I conclude by saying that in such unwanted scenarios satisfaction is much needed than dissatisfaction.

INFLUENCE OF SONGS

                              Music is a soothing and refreshing thing in our day to day life. There are various instruments that express different musics and their patterns. The songs are added advantage to music. They provide life to the music. With the lyrics the music get refreshment and the people listening to such music can relax.Such is the importance of songs. From the beginning of the day to end of day, there is at least certain time will be spent for songs by most of them. When we wake up in the morning mom used to listen to devotional songs. While getting ready to school or college the people will listen to some energetic songs.

                              The people travelling a long distance will listen to songs for relaxation and not to feel the tiredness of travelling. The students reaching to schools will listen to prayer songs and national anthem. The people searching for the jobs like to switch over to the music channels and listen to some energetic songs, so that they will try everything energetic. The housewives listen to music and get energy to complete their daily activities. The securities of huge apartments like to listen to songs from radio FM.

                              Now-a-days we can listen to songs in mobile. There is also a fast download of their favorite songs with the cheaper availability of internet. Melodies is the one of my favorite genre of music which is very soothing experience. Folk songs are the ones which gives the nativity for the region which we belong. The peppy numbers with western music is great. Rap,Rack and Jazz are also some the varieties which gives different experiences. There are certain songs which gives us personal connectivity. The songs clearly explain the situation in which we are at present. So, the songs are such a wonderful things and the music director, lyricist and singers of the song are really blessed people as they are acting as relief in normal people's day to day life.

MIDDLE MAN

                                  Middle man is a kind of business that is being done by lot of people. The produced products will be distributed through to others with the help of these middlemen. The will be either wholesaler or retailer or distributor. Their main aim is profit. The get their products from the producers at the cheapest possible price. Then they will sell those products to customers or consumers in a sole aim of gaining a large amount of profit. It is also business in which their is a chance of loss, if they don't sell the products properly and the source of product is not proper.

                                 The main problem with the middlemen ,they sell the products at an alarmingly high price, yes there is a risk involved in it. But, they should understand that most of the people are below poverty line and it is not that much easy for them to buy the products at such a high price. The main drawback is faced for the farmers with the advancement of the middleman. The farmers find it very hard to cultivate the crops and they are struggling with water scarcity and struggling to repay the loans. The middlemen are mostly cheating them and buy their products at a very low price.

                                  The middlemen should encourage the farmers by providing a fair price to the farmers, so that the business continues, otherwise there will be situation that no farmers exist and these middlemen would never have a business with them. Yes, we can understand, doing every business is difficult, but many farmers have complained middlemen and the bank loans as the reason for suicides. It should be left with the farmers to decide on the price of these crops. In a agricultural counrty like India, if the number of farmers decrease, then we won't be left with anything to eat. Middlemen should take necessary steps so that, they can prevent these poor farmers.

                         Software has become an integral part of one's life. In this topic, I am going to discuss about my thoughts regarding the software services. Most of the income earned by these services are from maintenance  and testing activities rather than development. The focus more on value addition. They will meet the client requirements and in addition to that certain utilities would be added. They have transformed us into new technology. Everything in this world is made available with the help of these services.

                       Now-a-days each and every people is having advanced versions of smartphones, this is due to the activities of the software services. Transactions have been made easier with the advancement of these services. The loyalty to clients and customers. A lot of investments were made on these services and they have utilized these investments and earned profits. They have also provided a lot of employment opportunities to people. Software system has a easy way to enter and exit the competition.

                    There is a brand value created by these software giants, which made them to take their business to next level. The main advantage of them is supporting their clients for long term continuously. It can be started as a startup. A lot of outsourcing happen with these software giants, which makes their work effective and efficient. The quality and the customer's satisfaction is being done with the utmost care. Employee relaxation programs are conducted on a regular basis. Flexible work time has been implemented in lot of projects and the work from home has ensured that the employees can spend equal time with family and work. Many more advanced features and technologies will be established as a part of these software services.

REVENGE

                                     This is a quite different topic i have chosen. All the people have all kind of emotions and feelings, but the composition of feelings vary. One of the emotion that should be in a reduced amount is anger. But, anger is the emotion which is very difficult to control. We can claim that yoga and other kind of exercises would help in reducing anger. yes, it is true up-to a certain extent. There is a competition between each and every individual for their survival. In certain cases they join together as a group and in certain cases they are alone.
   
                                     But every part of anger does not demand a revenge. The impact and the result of a certain activity carried out by a person which create a improper effect will create revenge. If we consider a guy does some activity knowingly and which affects other guy badly, he will definitely try to take revenge, provided he is a normal human being. But, there are certain factors to be considered before taking a revenge. The person needs to think about his background, whether he has a backup to escape from not being accused.

                                    Revenge is just like a boxing game, you should ensure that your defense is proper, then only you can attack your opponent. Without understanding that, if we try to take revenge, we might become the victim. It is always advisable to attack the enemy on their weakness. It would be great, if their strength itself being attacked. Now-a-days people wanted to take revenge on the politicians. The social media is really doing a favorable part in uniting people and sharing their thoughts. Waiting for such a revenge to happen in our country.

                                    Revenge is a bad thing to do, but in certain cases it is always correct to take revenge. We are not gods or angels or saints to forgive the problems created, we are normal human beings and we undergo pain in our daily life. So to put a medicine for the pain, revenge would be taken. But, the revenge should be good enough to show them the suffering of others. The revenge should not be a continous process. Once a revenge is taken, it should make one understand the sufferings of others and make them reform.

                                     

DURABILITY OF PRODUCTS

                                      Products life cycle consists of four different phases introduction, growth, maturity and decline. This is happening having consideration with the products available in the market. When we consider a customer mindset, he always believes in buying a cheap and best quality product. This is a very rare combination that is available in market. We have to compromise on anyone of the above mentioned. The requirement of the products is being changed regularly. When a new product is launched into the market, people are more keen to try them out.

                                    So for trying out those products, he needs to buy at least a sample of it. People are thinking about only using the product and not the life cycle of a product. The consumer goods are the goods whose durability is very important as we are investing a lot of funds on that. But, the advancement in technology reduced the people's mindset about these products. Let us taken example of mobile phone, basic set was replaced by camera phone, then slim phones, smart phones and so on. There are very few, who can claim that, they are maintaining the same mobile phone for more than 5 years.

                                   This made the manufacturers to compromise on the products. Usually, these products would come with a warranty of some years, but now a days the warranty has been reduced, the producers have compromised on the quality of the product and the consumers have also stopped bothering about it. The consumer's main focus would be on reduced cost and the advanced technology being implemented. People should understand one thing, Certain products with less life cycle can be recycled and reused, but certain products cannot be. In that case, durability of a product is very important. We must understand that and ensure that, durability is maintained 

DESTRUCTION OF FORESTS

                                Forest is one of the useful resource created by nature for the man kind. It is the home for many animal and there were few people who had forest as their place to live. There are many useful products which are being provided by these forests which include raw materials, foods and much more. The product values vary according to their demand. There are certain products that are not available in plenty and the value will be high. The forests are being reduced in size. Most of the area of forests have been destroyed and houses have been built for people.

                                The remaining amount of forest areas have been destroyed for the intake of products. The drawback of this is the soil loses it's fertility and the plantation fails, once we start to destroy the trees. The animals which depend on the food shelter from these forests have no other way and comes to city and other regions and attacks human being. To counter attack them people are doing activities like hunting, poaching etc. These are very bad activities. The count of animals are reducing in number and they might become extinct pretty soon.

                                The reduction of forests have also reduced the rainfall. Rainfall is the important source of water for any country. Since, the rainfall has been affected, it has become a tough call for the storage of water and farmers find it hard to earn their living. There is a possibility of reduction in generation of electricity as most of our generation plants have water as their source. Here the one cause leads to many and mostly all of them are inter related. So, it is the right time to have a wake up call and appoint right people in forests, so that they can protect these resources.

BEAUTY LIES IN THE HEART

                                            Beauty is a thing which does not remain constant it keeps on changing. A positive and broad minded people might think everything in the world as beautiful. But, that does not happen mostly as there are more number of narrow minded people in this world. People always have a mind set that skin color and the physical features make one beautiful. A major portion of these perception have come from the TV programs, movies and other medium of communication which impacts the life of people.

                                           The most significant contributor of this perception is from the movies that are being pictured. They will show a guy falling in love with a girl who will be beautiful by physical appearance. And in the songs also they mostly describe beautiful things as the physical appearance and the skin color only. They are not showing true and pure heart as a beautiful thing in life. To show the actor or actress as beautiful they are made to undergo various makeup sessions and facial treatments.

                                          Many of them get impressed by mere looks and lose their hearts and fall in love. But after some time of being together they realize that beauty doesn't stay forever. The physical appearance is not stable thing to determine beauty. There may be a lot of actors and actress, who looked average during the beginning of career and glowing after reaching certain stage. So, it is true that anyone's physical appearance can be changed. But the heart is pure and does not change with time. This heart can be changed only when they earn name and fame but that too not in the case of all, very few might be affected by this. So, one should always admire the beauty in heart and accept it rather than the beauty in appearance.

IMPORTANCE OF STATISTICS

                                            Mathematics is a subject which stays with us in our day to day life. This is mainly due to the numbers involved in our life. From the time we wake up till the time we sleep, numbers comes plenty in number. Mathematics is a ocean and part of that big ocean is statistics. It is always important to maintain the records and analyse them. This is being done by mathematician and statistician. The main requirement of statistics is used to compute the various data collected and analyzing them to obtain a result and come to a conclusion.

                                           It is always very difficult to analyse data and bring a conclusion to it manually. so we use various statistical tools. But, we have to undergo a proper training to work out with these tools. The decision making is an important activity both in a company as well as our day to day life matters also. so, in modern business, statistics plays a vital role and helps in critical decision making.Not only in business, it plays a crucial role in various other sectors like banking, administration, accounting , astrology to name a few.

                                          The GDP and the economic progress or development of a country is being calculated with the statistical analysis. Precision and accuracy are the two important characteristics that can be achieved with the help of statistics. The interest rate, amount to determine poverty line are some of the economic decisions that can be arrived with statistics. In chemical research , the analysis of composition of each and every chemical is analysed by statistical determination. It is also used in various fields of research and is expanding on others fields of life also. Such is the importance of that subject, but many people are finding it boring, People must realize its importance and ensure that the subject is made to utilize in a productive manner.

MULTI TASKING

                                               Performing our day to day activities itself a big task. But there is a necessity to perform a lot of tasks than expected. Especially in the corporate sector, there is a heavy competition and huge demand for a person to perform multiple number of tasks at once. This is known as multi-tasking. Most of the people getting adapted to this multi tasking criteria. It requires immense practice and concentration when we involve in these kind of activities, but there are a few who face problem in multi-tasking.

                                             Main drawback would be the immense amount of stress, the brain undergoes while performing the tasks. In the initial stages of a person's life, it would be challenging and fun, but as the days pass on it would create a lot of issues for a person's health. It is a talent that is to be appreciated and followed but i mean to say that this does not hold good. Another important thing is using cellphones while eating, I don't understand what is so important in social media rather than spending time for eating, most of the cases food goes inside us without proper chewing and might result in a digestion process.

                                             Multi tasking is good, but if there is a slight deviation in performing any one of the task, then there will be a large impact on both the tasks. The level of importance is also needed to be considered. Like if a ride cycle and listen music, that is advisable as it feels like a pleasure to minimize the effort we put in riding the cycle. Does it hold good to watch a favorite song while performing documentation. It does not hold good. There are certain combinations of multi tasking that works out like attending a call to client and noting down the valid points in paper. So, Multi tasking is a great skill that should be possessed by all but there should be a differentiation and clear understanding whether the following combination is feasible or not

DIET CONCIOUSNESS

                                    Food habits are demanding and changing in our day to day life. In the olden days also there were lot of foods, but the method of preparation and time taken was huge. Day by day those food practices  became extinct. The food during those periods were giving more importance for health rather than taste. Day by day new practices came into existence and food also become a business. Restaurants and fast foods became a huge success. After some years, people stopped taking healthy foods and turned towards the tasty ones.

                                  This is mainly to a change they expect. People wanted to come out of their routine and tried to explore new things and so these kind of experimenting was made. There are certain food products that become a huge success and there were failure ones also, but the marketing and advertising determined the difference between them. People are not taking a balanced diet. There will be usually three time periods which we would have the food compulsorily. Fourth might be true in the case of certain people which includes breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Certain people might skip breakfast and convert them into brunch(combo of breakfast and lunch).

                                   In certain cases, it might be the other way round, lunch might be skipped waiting for a heavy dinner in party. Another main thing is the improper timings of diet being followed. The food intake should have a proper time gap. There should not be too much time gap between two foods and the regularity should be maintained. Only few people can be adjusted to these kind of situations. Main people are being resulted in cases like ulcer do to these food habits. We might think, in the mordern world this is the practice that can be followed. Those who intend to be hale healthy can follow a normal food practices and remaining can do as their wish.

CLOSE BUDDIES

                                     This is just a personal opinion about the buddies and friendship which i have come across. There is not much bonding with most of the people for me. As i preferred to be alone most of the time. But in certain cases i would like to have someone nearby. When I prefer to have someone with me, I would be left alone. When I preferred to be alone, there would be lot of them coming behind me. None of the friends continued after a certain period of time. It is possible only with the few lucky guys.

                                      In most of the cases, when someone was close to me and think me as good friend, I might not realize their worth. I would realize them only when they have almost left me. And in many cases, I would like to be friend of someone, but have been rejected by those who rarely give importance to me. Anyhow, in each and every stage of my life, there are certain close friends and we were part of the gang. In most of the cases, cricket was the driving force which created such a bonding with my friends.

                                     Since, my childhood cricket helped me to have a lot of friends. That is the time which made me enjoy without any worries. Next phase of college had given me a lot of friends. But since, the timings and location of each and everyone are different we had lost the closeness and the contacts gradually. The work phase was a different environment which was like a network, friend of friend of friend, kind of but that too did not last longer. But, whichever phase i have undergone their are close ones in each and every phase, retaining them was a problem in my life. hope those mistakes won't happen, thereafter and  buddies coming further in my life would be maintained forever.

RAILWAY CATERING SERVICE

                                      Railways is a sector which is coming across lot of passengers who are in turn the customers. There are certain places in the country where local trains are also available and certain places where only express and super fast trains are developed. It is the one of the cheapest and comfortable mode of transportation in our country. Local trains travel is just for a few minutes. But, there are lot of trains in which there will be a extended travel. During those cases, the catering service comes into play. If you try packed foods during the entire travel it won't help.

                                       We would be making use of the catering services that are being provided. In most of the cases, the food prepared by these catering services are not good. Private contractors are being appointed for providing this service. There is a lot of commission being involved in providing these contracts. This is also a business and profit is the main goal of this, but they compromise a lot on the quality of products they provide. They consider their passengers as a one time customer and there is a no regular customer and they are happy with the profit they earn and not ready to provide quality products.

                                      The main advantage of them is being single player in this market. They also provide these products at a high cost. let us consider an example which i recently referred from internet. A customer noticed it stating that, there was a meals which could cost around Rs50 including all the costs and expenses, but the selling price is Rs90. It shows the theft happening in the service. Hunger is common for all. Everyone can't afford to buy these products but at least the good quality service must be provided for the amount they get and government can undertake this contracts instead of handing over them to private

COMMERCIALIZED EDUCATION

                                    Education is the most needed for people to live in this modern world. Even if you are rich and uneducated there is a chance of getting cheated by people and there will be lot of backstabbers, who used to cheat you from behind. It is always a necessary feature in our career. Once upon a time, education was of creating value and helping people to form a better society. But, after some time Education has become a business and involves only money. People should understand that education cannot be bought with the help of money.

                                   Everything related to education has become money oriented. Most of the cases, teachers want to produce better results than better students. The institutions want to provide more marks than values. The main drawback of the educational system is the privatization of the educational systems. The education system must be under the control of government. But, we have these wine shops under government rather than having the schools and colleges. Very few government institutions are available.

                                    People are keen to work on the government offices but even most of the government servants, don't want their wards to study in government institutions. The most disastrous thing about the education system is the admission process. There are lot of people who are ready to pay donations for the institutions to obtain seats. Even the higher studies wont cost that much but parents are spending lot to make their children study in kinder gardens. Most of the schools want the parents of the wards to be educated, as they can clear their doubts at home. Even small kids are being tortured to go tuition, rather than enjoying childhood. The kids who are good at extra-curricular activities are being compelled to attend tuition and special classes rather than developing talents in the skills they possess.

                                   Knowledge is important, but the values also should be cultivated through education. But, at present there is more importance for knowledge than values. That is the reason that people are getting into all kind of illegal activities. They are being taught to be first and rich, rather than possessing good values. So, it should be made mandatory to admit the children of government officials and standards of government schools should be maintained equal to that of private schools. Commercialization of education can never be eradicated completely, but at least they can be reduced and controlled to a certain extent.

POLITICAL CHANGE

                                 Change is the thing that never changes is what we have heard as a proverb or the word of thoughts. In the every field of life, there is a change which happens definitely during a phase of time. Politics is a field which changed drastically. Once upon a time, there were politicians who were involved in development of resources and welfare of all the people. But, after undergoing certain changes and gaining power, Politicians decided for the well being of them and their family. It is not that, they did not bring public beneficial schemes, they brought schemes which filled their pockets rather than satisfying people's needs.

                                  So many years have gone, still people are allowing these kind of activities to happen by electing these corrupted politicians. Many people's life has not been developed, they are still living in platforms and low lying areas. These politicians keeps poverty among these poor peoples and utilizing them during election time by issuing money and make them cast vote for the money they provide. People are not realizing the long term benefits by electing the right people. They are keen on the short term money provided by these politicians.

                                  After being cheated for so many years, i think this is the right time for people to rise. People have been beaten up so long and are raring to go for a political change. It is for them to elect a right people, so that it would be beneficial for long time. Social media plays a vital role in politics, now a days. It is a place where people are getting awareness about the wrong deeds being committed by these baddies. Youth are showing their strength and trying their best to bring change in politics. As our ex-president Dr.A.P.J Abdul Kalam told youngsters are the pillars of India. They are proving it right. The fighting spirit and the unity among the youngsters are expect to bring a postive political change. 

VALENTINE'S DAY

                             Valentine's day is a day which falls on 14th February on every year. It was mainly started as a day for love which means affection, but it is being celebrated for showing a love to a one person, which is a boy to girl or a girl to boy. Spreading of love must happen all over the world. This affection part is the important aspect of love. It should be spread to all. The true love is what mother teresa showed to those poor people and she won noble prize for that. The love showed by our parents from childhood till death. The love showed by all the relations and friends. There are lot of love showed by all

                            There are lots of love spread around us in a great manner, but we are not bothered about it. We are longing for a single love showed by a person who belongs to a opposite sex. We are ready to do anything for that person. Mostly love on that person comes on the look or money they possess. There are certain exceptions in which the love is true and comes due to the inner feelings of heart. It is very difficult to continue that love since love alone is not enough to run the life. Something else overtakes this inner heart and might result in break ups.

                           There are a few lucky people who join together with their lover. In certain cases guy may be true but not the girl or vice versa, in some cases both might be true but god cheats them. There are very few who manages all these odds and then succeed. So, it is better to adopt to the situation. In case if their is not a proper love for a person. He or she should not bother about it and think about the love they get from other relations and friends. There are lot of people who chose the wrong path due to the absence of love. We can take Adolf Hitler for instance. If he would have got a true love from someone, he would never have tried to be so arrogant.

                           So, if we consider the life each and every person has to undergo love in any one of the stage of their life. their is no one in this world who can claim that they have never come across a love in their life. The length of the love may vary. Certain people will be loved for long term like Dr.A.P.J Abdul Kalam he is the person who is loved by all the kids and students. Whatever may happen, we must understand one thing we can spread love by living for others and making others happy.

BETTERMENT

                                       Each and every individual has to move to the next phase or stage of the life. Everyone cannot remain in the same stage. A betterment is needed in each and every stage. A child from the birth is being taught to survive rather than enjoyment. He is being told that, if you do this part of your life well, the next part will be enjoyment, but what is happening is extremely opposite. He expects one thing but the thing that is happening is entirely different from the reality. When the child is joined in school, he is being made to work hard for marks, so that he will study in a better college.

                                     But, when he moves to that college phase of his life, he realizes that, school phase was better as there was teacher and parents to guide them in a correct path. But, when they reached college the guidance is reduced and he is finding it difficult yet he is made to undergo hardships stating that, if he does this part well, he could enjoy well in his work place. But, after getting out of the college it is a struggling phase for him to find out job. After a lot of struggles, he finally finds a job for himself. He is not enjoying or satisfied with his job, he needs to perform it for his survival and other activities.

                                 Somehow he manages to adjust with that job and performs the activities. He thinks that he might enjoy now. But the enjoyments he is getting is only with the help of money he earns that too, enjoyment bought and not got. In case if he decides to change a track it becomes even more worse to him. So, i would like to conclude by saying that whatever lost is lost and cannot be got back. But, We should understood that betterment is needed in life but it should result in enjoyment. we should not depend upon certain stage for enjoyment. It will never happen, we should cope up with the available enjoyments then and there rather than waiting for future, it will never happen,

ASTROLOGY - DOES IT REALLY WORK

                                Astrology is just a prediction of future. It is very difficult to predict the future whomsoever it may be concern. The one and only power which can create and predict the future or anything is the almighty, the lord, the one and only god. The astrology mainly depends on the rotation or revolution of the planets. It states that there are millions of people in this world who might be having similar zodiac signs. It cannot be said as common that, all people who belong to a particular sun signs does not have the same kind of life.

                                 The life and happenings of the different people will vary, but they are predicting a common saying for all the people belonging to particular zodiac sign. Here, it means that most of the people belonging to that particular sun sign will be benefited and not all the people will have same kind of happening. Each and every people have their own fate and astrology cannot change it completely. Mostly astrologers are considered to have a good thoughts and good deeds. people are not ready to accept if something wrong is being predicted, they wanted good deeds to happen and beleive in those astrologers who predict good future.

                               Very few of them have the real power and that too they cannot predict the exact future. only certain percentage of what they predict would be true. They does not have power beyond that. They just act as a consultant. When we look upon consultant, we won't blindly follow what they say. We just considered them as experienced and might consider their words as suggestions. Astrologers are similar to those consultants and we must not beleive them blindly. They might be true in certain cases, we need to analyse them and then beleive. I conclude by saying that astrology work only in few cases

VALUE ADDITION

                                It is easy enough for everyone to say that it is not good and not well prepared. But, we will get to know about that piece of work involved in a particular product only when we get directly involved in the process of production. We people won't understand the importance and the labor involved in a product. The normal product which we get are not the one which comes directly to us. There is a lot of value addition involved in it. This value addition stands tall among all the odds.

                               It is always necessary to understand that Everyone can make their products and services but what that differentiates one from another is the value added by both. The value added by each of them will be compared and the feasible product will be selected. This not only holds good for product and services. It will also be good for human values. Now-a-days almost all the people are graduates and equally qualified, only few people are being sold or hired in the job markets, this is due to the additional value they possess.

                              Each and every part of the world demands value, value cannot be added suddenly. It will take more time to get added, we cannot act as if we possess certain values. We must ensure that we possess those values in a real time and does not act if we dont have those values. Not having value is better than getting caught by acting as if we possess that value is very bad. It may act as a success in short term, but it fails in long term. So, it is always considered as an important factor of adding the values in our life. 

WHY MONEY BECAME SO IMPORTANT

                          There are many important things in this world. But, in most of the cases money overtook them and became the most important thing in the world. Many people don't realise the importance of relation. Money is the reason and root cause of everything. It starts from the place where child birth takes place and till the last place when the child becomes old man and dies. From birth to death, everywhere money plays a vital role. But, no one comes to the world with money and similarly no one leaves the world with money.

                          People fail to understand this truth. Certain People know this truth yet they are saving it for their future generation. They have to understand one thing, their future generation cannot survive with money alone. Most of the rich persons have cheated either government or their relations or common people or someone or other and then only become rich. There are very few who could claim that they have never cheated anyone and all the money earned by them followed all the rules and procedures.

                          These hard earned money can help to lead a luxurious life but it won't give a permanent happiness. The permanent happiness comes only when we use this money to give happiness for others. Most of them don't realise what is the need to save money and how much to earn. Now recent floods have made people realised that money cannot help in every situation and it is humanity that stood tall among all the differences between people. I hereby conclude by saying that if we have money in our hands we are it owners and if there is money all over our body then, it becomes our owner

SPEECH ALONE DOES NOT HELP

                        We all know that, the world's best speakers are none other than the people from our country, India. Everyone know this truth. That's why our people are able to achieve greater heights in the global level. Am really proud about them. There are equally good speakers in our country. We have seen them in many cases. Lot of good people have greater ideas, which are expressed by their speech. They are getting good recognition and people are ready to accept those thoughtful minds as their leaders.

                        Those so called leaders are interpreting their thoughts in a great manner with the help of their proficient speaking. It is creating a lot of impact in the minds of people. But, being a leader and just promising things and not executing them, does it really sounds good ? This is not going to help us in anyway. A speech must be clear and confined. It should explain the ideas and thoughts of the speaker clearly. Now-a-days people are speaking whatever comes in their mind. Do they think whether this can be implemented or not ?

                       Good speakers cannot be good leaders. But, people get attracted to these speakers and follow their words and consider them as leaders. This is not at all healthy. The Speaker must analyse each and everything before he says. Words once told cannot be taken back. They must have a clear idea about the words which they use. Important thing is to implement whatever possible. We must think whether the speakers words are true and can be implemented or not ? Without having a clear cut idea of the speech, it really becomes awkward. So, To become a good leader speech alone does not help, there must be lot of analysis, recommendations and considerations that has to take place which alone holds good. 

POLITICS EVERYWHERE

                          The word which I hate the most is Politics. It is not such a bad word or the word that is so harmful. It was we who made it worse. From the young kids to the old age people, It is the word which is killing everyone. I am not here to talk about the State or National politics. It is just a simple or common politics. Now-a-days there is politics being involved in each and every forms of life. From early stages of life till his death, politics is found each and everywhere.

                         The group-ism, favoritism, caste-ism, regionalism, linguistics are some of the reasons for this existence of politics. We might have heard that the people in these groups would like to develop their members. Favoritism, it is the process of earning a good name from others and becoming some one's favorite, they might help you to become great even if you are not suited for becoming so. Caste-ism, this is well known to us, if a person belongs to our caste, he must be in a high position, so we must play politics here, so that he will develop.

                        The regionalism and Linguistics are nearly same, the first one to be looked upon would be whether the person belongs to a particular region or at least if he knows a particular language, he becomes his favorite and politics will be played. Not only these many other reasons will be there to involve politics. Many students lost their talents, skills, workers lost their job, employees lost their lives and many more to go. So, it is never ending process, somehow or the other it will be killing us. politics should be utilized in a productive way to grew talent rather than killing them. Don't know how long to wait till something good happens through politics

DOES LAST MINUTE REALLY WORKS ?

                     In modern day life, the each and every minute of our life is very important. One minute or even a single second can turn up your fate up or down. Whomever it may be, they can't claim that I have never wasted a single minute in my career or life or even after retirement. There is a time or opportunity or some related terms that would have been wasted. Such, is important of time. We can't even realize what is happening and we might be out of it. Such is the pace at which time is moving on.

                     Now, Each and every minute is important and the last few minutes play a crucial role in all forms of life. Be it an Interview or Game or Examination and many more. I have my personal experiences in all these. Usually, I won't be thinking about the exams or topics related to that till the last moment. I usually wind up everything half an hour before the commencement of the examination. I might get tensed, if i keep on preparing till the last moment. I wanted to be calm and composed, so that remaining preparation of mine , won't get wasted.

                     But, In all the places which I have come across so far, I have seen most of them preparing till the last minute. I really did not know, whether it would work out or not. I have questioned them about this and heard most of them saying, we prepare only in the last minute. This statement would have been given as a funny thing. It won't be possible in preparing for something at a last moment. Will, this last moment keep you focused ? or what ?. I have these questions answered. If any one knows answer for the above question. Please let me know, whether the last minute works out or any benefit is there for this last minute preparation. I would like to know the practical examples which happened at the last minute.
