CURD RICE

                                     As the title suggests, we are just going to discuss about the food named curd rice. Once upon a time, I just used to have only curd rice. Such is the love for the food I had. The softness of curd, the purity of cow milk, the taste of the curd. These are some of the reasons for which I liked curd rice. My mom always prepares curd in a great manner. My cousins and relatives who all had the curd prepared by her, used to appreciate it. The food that harms very less and that is most preferable in the summer season is curd rice.

                                     Preparation of curd rice, takes less time when compared with other dishes. Whichever hotel we go, the curd rice costs lesser than other rices present in that hotel. Curd rice is the one which does not harm anyone. The most trusted food that can be given to kids and the kids like curd rice the most. The combination for curd rice can be anything. If we did not prepare any vegetable as side dish, we can just use pickle as a side dish for curd rice. Curd is prepared from milk which is easy for getting.

                                    A scientific research told me that bacteria acts for converting milk into curd rice. But, that bacteria is not harmful it seems. There are two types of bacteria good as well as bad. In certain cases bacteria might spoil food. But, the bacteria that acts on curd rice, is not harmful and that is scientifically proven. In certain cases, curd rice would be just like another liquid, very easy to swallow for the people who have problem with chewing or digestion which is not possible for all the foods. So, This post is just for those people who make fun of curd rice.
