IMMUNITY

                       Immunity is nothing but the amount of energy to withstand the diseases. Everybody has this immune system in our body. Some might have a strong immune system, which acts as a protective shielding and prevent the foreign body diseases to enter our body and cause infection. On the other hand there are certain people, who might have a weaker immune system which gets easily affected to these diseases. The damaged stage of immune system gets us weakened and responsible for producing a dangerous disease called as AIDS(Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrome).This disease is mainly caused by a virus known as HIV( Human Immuno Deficiency Virus).

                      There are two kinds of immunity present in the human system. One part is called as Humoral innate immunity, involves variety of substances found in the humors or body fluids. The other part is called as innate immunity, which is carried out by cells called as phagocytes, that ingest and degrade or eat pathogens and destroy cancerous cells. The health of immune system is greatly impacted by the person's emotional state, level of stress, lifestyle, dietary habits and nutritional status.There are certain factors or kind of food habits that need to be followed to avoid damaging of these immune system.

                        Avoid eating too much of sugar as they might cause malfunctioning of white blood cells which lose its capacity to kill bacteria. Drink good amount of water regularly. Avoid putting on excess weights and keep a good level of BMI(Body mass Index).Avoiding being stressed too much as this might result in weakening of immune system. If you often get a cold, consult with doctor and take necessary steps to diagnose the disease and take treatment. As we all know the proverb "Health is Wealth", we need to ensure that our health is not affected by any disease and for that we should have proper immune system.

OVER CAUTIOUS

              One Kind of behavior that should not be possessed by all is over-cautious. It is good to be cautious, but over cautiousness limits the expansion of ones freedom. There would be a lot of restrictions that will be levied on the person when they feel him to be over-cautious.                      Every people in and around the world are committing mistakes. No one in the world can say that they have never committed mistakes. Mistakes help us to realize the wrong things and they provide us chances to correct ourselves.
