IDLE MIND

                                    Whoever it may be, it is always not good to remain idle. There is a proverb " An idle mind is devil's workshop", which states that, idle mind will easily think about something bad and may be misleading. It is easy for a good person to transform into a bad one, whereas the vice versa is very difficult. Now, this idle mind can withstand the external stress and pressure for a particular amount of time, once the time period is exceeded, it will drastically keep on reducing the positivity it possess. It would keep on thinking something strange and would be expecting something strange to happen.

                                   Good thoughts might come to them, but our good thoughts are not strong enough like bad thoughts, good thoughts can be easily overtaken by our villain bad thoughts. Good thoughts can be crushed into pieces, our mind will want to do good only to us. It might ask, why should i do good to others, who are they?, what have they done to me  and many more questions might be asked to our mind. Since, there might not be proper answers to these questions, bad thoughts enters into our mind, like the viruses or worms that might enter into our systems. It needs a very great control of mind to stay away from these bad thoughts.

                                  Yoga, meditation and certain physical exercises can control the mind to a certain level, which might save us from bad thoughts, but that alone won't be suffice as most of the time, we might be idle. We must understand one thing, there is nothing wrong in not doing good for others, but it is not ethical to do bad to others. There is a saying, the huge smile that doesn't hurt any of others in any manner is great, but even a small smile that hurts others in even a tiny manner is not organic. so, we should never remain idle and try to engage ourselves in some or the other activities which is useful for us and others also.
