Holidays are very important for us in day to day life. We always start to count our holidays, whatever situation we are in. Holidays are those which brings a leisure and relaxation in our day to day life. The holidays can be planned accordingly, either to take a full fledged rest or to travel leisurely. The counting happens to make full utilization of the holidays. This habit of taking a note of number of holidays, have started from the childhood. The school going is a time when these holidays would be liked so much, due to some silly reasons. Either they might have not completed the homework or not prepared for test or some issue with teacher and so on.
There would not be a better actor than a school child to take leave from going to school, it acts as if the temperature is high and cough badly to escape from going to school. Not all the time, but when the child decides to skip going to school, they will definitely act like this. They will always be counting for holidays. They would be thinking about the month that has lot of leaves and number of days left for the next leave to come. They sometime might pray for rains and pray for getting holidays due to rain, there might be few, who might not like holidays and might want to go to school but the majority is on our side.
This trend will continue everywhere, after moving to the successive levels also, like college, office etc. But, at one point of time, people might get bored of these holidays. The vacation after completing the school leaving examination is one such thing. Till, joining the college, the number of leaves would be more and people would be bored of it. The next such instance that occurs would be after completing the college and not getting a job that we would like to. But, after joining job, we might be keen on taking leaves to have a relaxation and to spend leisure time on travel or so. So, I would like to conclude by saying that, whatever level we might go, the eagerness of getting holidays always remain the same, the counting continues...
