With the advancement in technology, there is a weird feeling in my mind about the time factor. The major constraint that needs to be considered while having a look into the time factor, the control over time. We can easily say that time is out of our control. I strongly agree with that statement. But what I am going to emphasis is about the difference in time period during the late 20th century and the current part of the 21st century. I realized that I used to have a lot of idle time. But, now a days though I definitely have some idle time, it is not as lengthy as the ones that I had during the late 1990's.
My mom used to say that, when they brought up me, they felt like the time is running slowly and was worried that, when would i grow up and become a big a responsible man. she also felt that, it was like a long time period which took her to at least join me in school. But, now a days she cant even imagine, that new born babies are easily completing ages and joined to school sooner than those time periods. Moreover there are a lot of entertainment and related activities for kids these days. But during our times, there were not much entertainment and enjoyment related activities to us.
People from those time period would find a lot of time to visit their relatives, friends and well wishers on their homes. They would have a plenty of time to attend all the functions. People will have a lot of time to go to houses for inviting for functions and other festive things. But, now a days everyone are being invited through whats-app or Facebook. Still, there are some exceptional cases of inviting happens but again the maximum count is being considered here. This one example is more than enough to showcase that the time controls us rather than we controlling the time.
