There is nothing wrong in having multiple accounts. It is quite natural to have multiple accounts for a person. But, these accounts can be opened in banks and not in Facebook. Yes, a person having more than one account in Facebook is said to have a fake account. The fake accounts might be created just for fun purpose but on time being there is something wrong is being happening with the help of fake accounts.I have heard people creating fake accounts for making fun of their friends especially boys, who are too much into girls. But, after sometime I came to know about the lot of bad incidents happened because of this fake account.
Fake account has been used as a technique to grab money from people those who have a weaker corner or weakness towards women. The fake id creators create some Facebook profile with the attractive images of women and keep those pics of women as their profile picture. This includes morphing of those pictures in nude and very bad postures. Those senseless people who have weakness for women believe in these pictures and look to hit upon the women in the picture as real women and try to hook up with them. But, these fakers make money with those pictures and cheat them. A recent study showed that out of the total 40% of female profiles on Facebook 97% of profiles are fakes.
Sometimes these morphed pictures are being spread across the internet and various sites in the internet for making money and when the girl and her family comes to know about this, they have no other choice than dieing. There are many such incidents happened in and around the world. So, there must be a strict analysis that has to be done by the makers of these social networking sites, whether the id created by people are true or not. The processing of original ID proofs should be made mandatory, in order to prevent faking accounts to protect the life of people. Uploading their pics in social networking sites is full freedom of girls and the misusing of these images should be stopped rather than asking them not to upload their pics.
