IDLY

                        Another post about one of the healthiest foods. Yes, the taste of idly might be boring. But, this food does not trouble anyone. The patients having fever can be fed this. The small infants can also be fed with idly. But, there are a lot of foods that have restriction of digestion problem. But, our Idly being one of the easily digestive foods. It was the Idly shop that opened first in many places and seeing there were many other competitors who started shops specifying the particular Indian foods. We mainly don't feel the taste of idly because it is too plain. The flour in which we make idly is pretty tasteless, still a little amount of salt is added in idly flour.

                        But, there are a lot of side dishes or gravies that can make idly tasty. The vadacurry, the chutney, the sambar and anything can be made as a side-dish. There was a funny scenario about idly in one of the movies. The guy used to crunch idly and make it look like rice and pours beer and makes it like a curd. So, what I conclude to say is, there can be conversion of idly into any other forms. Suppose, if the idly remains a day long, it can be converted into upma. The preparation of idly takes less time than most of the breakfast. Idly takes less cost for preparation than any other breakfast.

                      The combination of Idly and Vadai  is one of the best combos in Indian Food History. Even there is a greater demand of these foods, when the foreigners travel in India especially the south. The idly is very traditionally prepared food. When can visit any of the hotels in the south and see the menu card. The idly will be priced least among all of the breakfast available. It would be readily available as if there is excess of Idly it can be eaten by the employees working there or can be converted into the form of Upma. Such is the wonderfulness of Idly, This post is dedicated to all the idly haters to understand the importance of Idly.

OVER CAUTIOUS

              One Kind of behavior that should not be possessed by all is over-cautious. It is good to be cautious, but over cautiousness limits the expansion of ones freedom.
