VARIETY OF COLOURS

                          Colours is an interesting topic to discuss. Artists know the importance of colours. The people who lived in the early 40's know the importance of colours. We can see the difference in that era and the present era. During, those days everything were suppose to be in black and white. In the mid period a little bit of colours started to appear and the then now everything is colorful. According to science as far as I know, there are only two colours, they are black and white. And there are a band of seven colours which is known as VIBGYOR, as we all know it is nothing but violet Indigo, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange and Red.

                         So, we can consider white as our hero, who ensures that all these band of 7 colours is present and black being our villain, doesn't allow any of the band to be present. But, now a days there are lot of colours. We would like to see colours in everything. The place that we go, the dress that we wear, the food that we eat and almost everything. We also expect our gadgets to be colorful, there is no necessity for gadgets to be colorful but still that color brings in attraction and a separate value. The colours can be understood better from girls rather than boys.

                        Once, I remember purchasing in a textile, The shopkeeper showed me the pant colours, there were very few like blue, black, grey,brown, cream and dark green. I demanded for different colours, he told these are the maximum colours that are available for boys. So, I was upset as these colours of pants were already present with me. The other colours like pink, orange,violet doesn't look good for boys especially me. Now, we have only pink for boys, but our girls have a variety like rose pink,baby pink,pastel pink,light pink, champagne pink, cherry blossom pink and so on .

                       Such is the difference of color handling between the girls and boys. It is always good to look colorful. There was a saree that was designed by one of the textile giants, which contains 50000 colours. I was shocked and asked how this could happen?, but I did not know the combination of two colours. For example, the combination of yellow and blue can produce green colour. Similarly, there can be a combination of 'n' number of colours which can make this 50000 colours combinations a successful one. There are some girls who like to wear everything matching and look for the same colored accessories. As far as I know, being colourful is good but making others life colourful is even more wonderful.
