MAINTENANCE OF BMI

                        BMI which is known as Body Mass Index. It is usually used to check whether we are normal, over weight or under weight. Most of us doesn't care about this BMI, as long as we are well within the limits. Height is a measurement of person that stops after a certain age limit. But, weight is not so. It keeps on changing till we die. Of course, after death there cannot be any change over in the weight I suppose. Since, I don't know exactly, what happens after death. But, a question arises, that why do we need this BMI ? BMI is necessary to check the fitness level of a person. The people should neither be under weight nor overweight, both denotes that the person is unhealthy. After all, living hale and healthy is very important aspect of our life.

                      So, there are some metrics involved in calculation of BMI, we are least worried about the metrics involved. There are some applications that are involved and certain tools which makes us calculate the BMI. We should be concerned only about the final result that is being obtained. So the ranges of BMI, from which we can know about the healthiness of us will be as follows. If the value of BMI is less than 18.5, then the person is underweight, they should use nutritional foods and improve their weights. The person having BMI of 18.5 till 24.9 are considered as healthy person and they have the best BMI value. The 21.7 being the average of this range is the the best BMI, that any person could have.

                     The persons having the above mentioned BMI levels are doing great and they need to follow up the same diet and ensure that they never gain or lose weights. The persons having the BMI values of 25 to 29.9 are said to have overweight. The have some excess weights due to fats or calories unburnt. They can still do some exercise and follow a balanced diet so that they can reach normal level. The dangerous of the lot is those who are having the BMI level is greater than 30. They are said to suffer from obesity. They should take necessary steps in reducing their weight or else their chance of surviving reduces. There are a lot of people who have overcome this obesity by following proper diet.

                     We should not troll or tease a person by their looks or physical features. As, it hurts them badly. I am just posting the above mentioned levels of BMI and their impact to make sure that all are hale and healthy. I know the pain of being trolled by someone's looks as many of friends are being trolled by that. The root cause of increasing level of BMI's are the intake of junk foods which cannot be avoided much, the temptation of those foods are so. But, if we can control them to a certain extent, we can maintain a good BMI and lead a hale and healthy life. I am hereby sharing the table of BMI as an image, so that we can check our BMI level.

OVER CAUTIOUS

              One Kind of behavior that should not be possessed by all is over-cautious. It is good to be cautious, but over cautiousness limits the expansion of ones freedom. There would be a lot of restrictions that will be levied on the person when they feel him to be over-cautious.
