Food habits play a vital role in determining the health conditions of a particular person. Of course, the food habits vary from place to place or according to the conditions existing. In certain cases, we cannot control our taste buds and wanted to eat that particular food, even though we might know that eating that food will definitely cause trouble to us. But, still we cannot control them. For instance, let us consider a diabetes patient, their taste buds will require to eat some sort of sweets, they know that they are harmful but still think to have it and take medicine or insulin. Such is a scenario existing in the world. Even though we are aware of harmfulness of certain food habits, we have a attitude of curing it, if that harmness comes.
