IMPROPER PUNISHMENTS

                           The Punishments should be made in a severe manner, so that the crimes will get reduced. But, the crimes are increasing day by day. This is basically due to the improper law and improper judgement given for the cases. So, I have taken this topic. There are many countries in which the criminals are being punished severely in such a manner that, the remaining people don't even think about committing the crime. But, in India, there are a lot of holes through which the criminals are escaping. One more thing that is not happening is the unity is not present among the Indians. They are always concentrating on their own problems and don't have time for spending time on other's problems.

                           The people not getting involved in other's problems can be spared, but the person creating problems for other persons should not be spared. The main problem is the diversity among the Indians. The unity they show while watching a cricket match is not present, when there is a necessity to oppose the government. If people are united, they can bring in changes in the government. The next generation youths showed the way, the unity that can bring in about the changes in the society. But, there are a lot of people, who prevent these youngsters to get involved in these kind of protests.

                          Justice delayed is denied. There are a lot of cases which lasted for 20 years and the convict died before the case got over and the judgement was declared. Such, is the present judicial condition of India. If, we speak about these, there is a tag created for us named as Anti-Indian. The only way to get a favorable judgement is the possession of money or power. If you are in  possession of both, you are the king and queen. If you are in possession of one among them  still you can be a jack. But, if you don't have both, then the country sees you as joker. The punishments should be made in a proper way so that these crimes reduce and the law should not be bought by money.
