TRADITIONAL DAY IN OFFICE

                              Though there are a lot of varieties in culture, language and religion among the people, corporate is a particular sector in which, these all becomes one and gets united. There would be a variety of people who all be a part of single team. These people often don't get time to be traditional, except for some marriage functions, yet they won't get chance to be a part of all the marriage functions. To put an end to it, there are certain initiatives undertaken by the corporate companies. That is to celebrate all the functions in office. The various traditional functions are being celebrated in office and a particular Friday would be allocated as ethnic day in that week.

                              During the ethnic day, the employees are requested to wear, traditional dresses like Sarees, Dhotis, Pyjamas etc. This give them a comfort level and a chance to remember their tradition. There would be a special care taken to spread our culture, we even try to make the people from other tradition to follow our tradition during our festival and we would try to follow their tradition during their festivals. This will construct a bridge and bridges the gap between the culturally varying people. A lot of pictures would be taken on that day and it would be a good moment to relish, even though we had left that place.

                              This phenomenon does not occur often, this is a once in a blue moon incident. But, the happiness this event provides is huge. One thing being our tradition and culture is being followed by us as well as spreading it to others. One more thing being is that we are getting accustomed to other culture. These days are often fun events and helps in reducing stress and increasing the bonding among the teammates. It is one of the positives that is being followed by the corporate companies and it would be better, if all the companies try implementing them.
