Employment is the talk of the town everywhere, from the reign of trump, the projects to other countries are getting reduced as most of the projects are being allocated to America. If this might be an issue on one side, from the other side, there is another issue being the absenteeism. "There needs to be a lot of modifications that has to be done of the working system" is the claim from most of the employees. The reason being unable to balance the work and life. Both are separate paths and should not be related. The problem with personal life should not affect your work life and the vice versa.
But, some or other tension creates the problem of absenteeism among the employees. It might be some problem with work place or with some colleague or some problem in home. Anything might be the reason but absenteeism is present among the most of the companies. It is a big issue. It will destroy the morale of the company and the remaining employees working in the company. So, there must be some counselor appointed in each company so that the issues of employees are given importance and discussed to resolve them and solve as quickly as possible.
Sometimes it might sound like simple absenteeism and what is the need for giving so much importance to it. But, there might be a possibility of the employee leaving the company if the absenteeism starts to creep. The employee are the main resources of a company and the retention of these resources is a necessity of all. This absenteeism might have started at their early ages either from school or college, it might not sound that much during those phases of life. But when it comes to professional it is very important aspect. So, to ensure that absenteeism is reduced in future, we need to start planting the importance of this absenteeism to school kids at their early ages.
