FILTER COFFEE

                       After a long time, I am back with the post which is related to food. of course, everyone knows about the coffee. there is various blends and aroma that are obtained while mixing the coffee. As far as i know, the best blend in coffee is none other than the coffee that is made in the place named as kumbakonam in Tamil Nadu. the coffee is very famous and known as Kumbakonam degree coffee. the mixture of coffee and chicory is present in the right blend. There is a unique style of drinking coffee that is present among the people who are residing in that place. they used to have a dabara set. the used to pour the coffee in both the tumbler and this Dabara, they used to do till the sugar gets stirred properly.

                       After that, they used to drink it. There are now-a-days many stalls are opened in the name of kumbakonam degree coffee, I am not sure whether they have perfect and original blend. There are many halwa stalls named Irutti kadai halwa, all are not original. But, should we go to kumbakonam for that coffee. Here am just going to mention about the filter coffee that was blended by one of my friends. We both did internship together and we used to take free coffee from the company that we did internship. I was too lazy to make coffee for myself, but my colleague was very much interested to make coffee and give it to me.

                     The filter coffee mixture would be poured into the coffee maker by the servant who was working there. We used to take a coffee cup, disposable plastic cup and the Sugar will be available, milk and also the coffee mixture would be available. My colleague used to pour the correct amount of coffee blend needed and the put the sugar with the help of spoon and the milk upto the end of cup and then asked her to mix it up. She used to stir it well and form some kind of bubble and give it to me to drink. I had kumbakonam Degree coffee, but i don't remember the taste. If kumbakonam degree coffee was the best filter coffee that i had, the coffee made by my colleague is definitely the second one. I am addicted to that taste. Hope we get those wonderful days back.

OVER CAUTIOUS

              One Kind of behavior that should not be possessed by all is over-cautious. It is good to be cautious, but over cautiousness limits the expansion of ones freedom. There would be a lot of restrictions that will be levied on the person when they feel him to be over-cautious.
