Enjoyment is needed for each and every person in their life. A people living without enjoyment is a waste. The enjoyment varies according to the people. A kid likes to play in water, a teenager guy might like to ride a bike and so on. There may be many enjoyments for each person and it may also be common for few people. After starting a corporate culture, the new joiners would have exposure to party. They might have attended parties after schools or colleges, but that would not have been organised in such a big level. It is totally a different environment. The parties are organised to get well along with all the teammates.
At the initial stages of party, he might be new to it and enjoy a lot. But, after certain period of time, it becomes a routine and might feel disinterested in it. The parties are not only organised for the big level events. Even small achievements need to be given party. It may be the occasion of birthday,wedding day, promotion, service anniversary, completion of certificate and so on the list extends. But the level of parties vary according to the achievements. Some people have got the mindset that just to attend them during the time of dining. There are some more parties which might bring on the club culture encouraging drinking and smoking.
Drinking and smoking is never bad until it disturbs others. If you drink and smoke and enjoy yourselves, without causing trouble to others, no one would consider it as bad. But, this happens very rarely. We might have heard many cases of harassment and so one that mostly happened due to this party culture. Every person have an animal nature inside them, when something generates it, it comes out and makes crime happen. I am not saying party is the only reason for occurrence of crime. Party might also be one of the driving forces of it.
I understand that many parties have been held without causing any danger to any of them. But there are certain parties which have also created trouble and survey has stated that these crimes have been increased from the beginning of this party era. I would like to say people to take it as an opportunity to interact with people and avoid misbehaving even if we get chance with them. So, on positive note I would like to conclude by saying that parties are needed as a refreshment without causing trouble to others and enjoyment to all.
