Credits and benefits are the important things that people are considering while performing a task. If the task is completed successfully or handled in a great manner, they are looking for the credits or benefits being attained as a result of performing the task. That is a kind of right approach. There is a definite quarrel if there is no proper credit being given to them. People are mainly interested in name and fame rather than learning them. People are even ready to accept the credits for those tasks in which their contribution is not even in a negligible amount.
But, when it comes to the blame, they always wanted to move away from taking up the failure. They are not ready to accept the failure, even if they had a huge part to play with it. They always try to blame others and escape from being questioned or cornered. Taking up the blame and performing necessary actions, so that the right results are being obtained is the right path to choose. This scenario is not only present in work environment but in all the walks of life. There are lot of bad things happening around us. We are interested in them but blaming that they are making us do so.
If we take a political scenario, we are always blaming that they are not performing their duties, But have we made them to lose their position for not performing their duties, it never happen. That time, our blame will take a break. It is extremely hard to digest certain things, but we have to understand that circumstances are being created by us to perform such kind of activities. If their is a mistake on our side we need to agree and try to reduce the impact of it rather than arguing for that. This one quality can change the entire working of the system.
Very few have the tendency to commit mistakes, even after knowing that there would be such a huge impact after committing these mistakes. Many of us commit mistakes unknowingly. It always requires a positive appraoch to come forward and accept the blame. Failure is just a learning process and we should not get demotivated by that. Henceforth, we need to ensure that there is not even a minute percent of our responsibility for a mistake to happen, then only we can blame others. Blaming others cannot be completely elimianted, it can be reduced to some extent atleast.
