I really wonder how the customer service is provided by the company. There are a lot of people who are working in the customer care sector. They need to have a good communication skill as well as a lot of patience. They need to attend the calls from various customers per day.They have to know the occurrence of the error and try to rectify them as soon as possible. Sometimes there might be a lot of demanding customers too. These people are answerable to them too. They might not be responsible for the problem that has occurred and they might not be in the rectifying team, but they are answerable to the customers. They must ensure that the name of company is not damaged. Sometimes, they might be able to manage the difficult situations too.
There is always a saying in the business. "Customer is the King". Too serve the king, the company is just the medium and the customer care people are their servants. But, there are certain business rules that has to be followed while handling the customers and the service ranges are limited. Nothing can be personal between the customer care person and the customer. everything related to the service provided to the customer can be dealt with. Instead other problems should not be taken to the account of the customer care. Customer has all the previlage to leave a particular service and move on. And the Customer care people also have a previlage if they feel that the customer is misbehaving with them.
After all, it is good for the company to retain the good customers, rather than going behind the evil customers. Of course, the customer care is there to provide customer service, but they too are human being and it is not necessary for them to tolerate all kind of nonsense. Lot of people take the job of customer service providing, since they are not able to find out jobs in other sectors. On, the whole the Customer care is a necessary and integral part of the business. Though, it is one of the tougher jobs in the corporate field, it is a very important job in the service sector and a very good count of people are provided with employment opportunities in this field.
