There are a time,place and situation that are to be considered for performing each and every act. Everything cannot be done everywhere. We must ensure that there is a proper timing and situation for every thing. Especially when it comes to humiliation, these things are must. It is not easy for everyone to digest this humiliation in front of others. No one in this world likes to be humiliated. This humiliation mainly happens in the workplace and homes. In the workplace, an employee's performance would be compared with others and the one who is performing a bit low, when comparing to others would be humiliated in front of others.
It is not the right way to handle an employee as their lead or manager. It would be feasible, if the manager takes the employee in person and scolds, in order to prevent them getting humiliated in front of others. It would be even more better, if the lead points out the flaws of the employee in a gentle manner and makes them realise the mistakes and ensure that they donot repeat the same in near future. If we take house as the scenario, father is the one who humiliates their child in front of others. Son is the one who gets humiliated in the most number of cases. They compare the grades of their son with those of the neighbouring girl who might study in different class in different school.
The worst thing might be, the boasting of acheivements of father, I did this much when I was in schooling. I acheived so much, many of them are lies and wanted to make their child score good and acheive a lot of things. This point is understandable, but humiliating their child does not improve the results and degrade them worse. The best thing that has to be done is being friendly with them and making them to pursue their passion, understand their difficulties and provide a proper solution. Not even a part of respect given to their client, is given to their child. Instead of humiliating others, it would be better to sort out the errors and corrections to be made in a polite manner.
