LINKAGE BETWEEN POVERTY AND CORRUPTION

Corruption discourages the foreign and domestic investments. Corruption also taxes the entrepreneurship. Corruption lowers the quality of infrastructure that has been provided to the public.Corruption decreases the revenue that is earned through tax. Corruption diverts the talented personalities into the rent seeking personalities. The most important factor of corruption is that, it degrades the governance of the particular body or society etc. As we all know the important economic concept "People those who are rich are getting richer and the people who are poor are getting poorer". This is basically due to the concept called as corruption.

There may be many great and wonderful schemes that are being introduced to the poor people by the government. But, are these schemes reaching the right person at the right time?. The reply we might get is a big no. But, the amount allocated for beneficial schemes are not fully utilized for the welfare of people. A lot of money has been retained as black money which leads to corruption. In the sole aim of making money, the contracts that have been signed for the welfare of people might be allocated to rich companies or known companies and get bribes from them, which might end up in providing low quality service to the poor people.

Each and every individual involved in a society must be benefited by the schemes that have been allocated by the companies, if these schemes are beneficial for only a certain group of people that is entirely different scenario. For instance, the Bridge built with help of the money as welfare scheme must be strong enough to fulfill the needs of all the generation, it should not fall in that generation itself. If the beneficial schemes are reaching the common people in a proper manner, the word poverty will be eradicated some day. But, since it is not happening, the major reason for the continuation of poverty is politics and corruption is a part of such dirty politics.

GIRLY FIGHTS

It is also known as cat fights. Many times I have come across certain different fights that happen in the world. To be specific, I always like to witness the fights that happen between two girls. Girly fights does not mean, two men fighting for some girl. It simply means, two girls fighting for a silly reason. The main fight comes when two girls who consider themselves as equally important, out of which one gets the importance and the other one does not get the required importance. The fights happen in a very childish manner. They would never wanted to accept their defeat or mistake.                          These fights might happen without any reason at some cases. when we expect the fight to be over, it might continue. There won't be much worthiness of such a fight to happen. In other cases, we might consider a fight to prolong a long...

INVESTMENT DECISION

It is always a wise decision to invest in either gold or land or stocks, shares, bonds debenture etc. The sole aim of this investment is to earn profit and utilize it for future purpose. But, we must understand one thing before investing. That important thing is the return we get back. The return is basically high when compared to the investment in terms of the value in most of the cases. but, when we consider the Net present value, the returns might not be greater than investment. So, we must be very careful in that decision.                              Net present value is nothing but the amount we receive in future divided by the interest rate. Suppose we are investing 10,000 in a bank and get back 15,000 in the next year, it has more value than getting 3,200 for the next 5 years. Since, the value of 320...

SALE FOR PLOT

Everyone in this world, wanted to have their own house, which is the third most needed after food and clothing. The people who are staying in the rented house, especially wanted to move on to their own house. It is a good move to bring on the process of selling land at affordable prices for the people who are having low level or middle level income. But, the question that arises here is people won't be satisfied with the single property they have, they try to keep on expanding their wealth. What if these houses again move on to richer people, who can afford to buy many houses at this cheap rate and if it does not reach the poor people, who all wished to have a own house.                                  Another question that arises in my mind is, there are a lot of agricultural lands...
