VALUE ADDITION

                                It is easy enough for everyone to say that it is not good and not well prepared. But, we will get to know about that piece of work involved in a particular product only when we get directly involved in the process of production. We people won't understand the importance and the labor involved in a product. The normal product which we get are not the one which comes directly to us. There is a lot of value addition involved in it. This value addition stands tall among all the odds.

                               It is always necessary to understand that Everyone can make their products and services but what that differentiates one from another is the value added by both. The value added by each of them will be compared and the feasible product will be selected. This not only holds good for product and services. It will also be good for human values. Now-a-days almost all the people are graduates and equally qualified, only few people are being sold or hired in the job markets, this is due to the additional value they possess.

                              Each and every part of the world demands value, value cannot be added suddenly. It will take more time to get added, we cannot act as if we possess certain values. We must ensure that we possess those values in a real time and does not act if we dont have those values. Not having value is better than getting caught by acting as if we possess that value is very bad. It may act as a success in short term, but it fails in long term. So, it is always considered as an important factor of adding the values in our life.
