We all know that, the world's best speakers are none other than the people from our country, India. Everyone know this truth. That's why our people are able to achieve greater heights in the global level. Am really proud about them. There are equally good speakers in our country. We have seen them in many cases. Lot of good people have greater ideas, which are expressed by their speech. They are getting good recognition and people are ready to accept those thoughtful minds as their leaders.
Those so called leaders are interpreting their thoughts in a great manner with the help of their proficient speaking. It is creating a lot of impact in the minds of people. But, being a leader and just promising things and not executing them, does it really sounds good ? This is not going to help us in anyway. A speech must be clear and confined. It should explain the ideas and thoughts of the speaker clearly. Now-a-days people are speaking whatever comes in their mind. Do they think whether this can be implemented or not ?
Good speakers cannot be good leaders. But, people get attracted to these speakers and follow their words and consider them as leaders. This is not at all healthy. The Speaker must analyse each and everything before he says. Words once told cannot be taken back. They must have a clear idea about the words which they use. Important thing is to implement whatever possible. We must think whether the speakers words are true and can be implemented or not ? Without having a clear cut idea of the speech, it really becomes awkward. So, To become a good leader speech alone does not help, there must be lot of analysis, recommendations and considerations that has to take place which alone holds good.
