DIET CONCIOUSNESS

                                    Food habits are demanding and changing in our day to day life. In the olden days also there were lot of foods, but the method of preparation and time taken was huge. Day by day those food practices  became extinct. The food during those periods were giving more importance for health rather than taste. Day by day new practices came into existence and food also become a business. Restaurants and fast foods became a huge success. After some years, people stopped taking healthy foods and turned towards the tasty ones.

                                  This is mainly to a change they expect. People wanted to come out of their routine and tried to explore new things and so these kind of experimenting was made. There are certain food products that become a huge success and there were failure ones also, but the marketing and advertising determined the difference between them. People are not taking a balanced diet. There will be usually three time periods which we would have the food compulsorily. Fourth might be true in the case of certain people which includes breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Certain people might skip breakfast and convert them into brunch(combo of breakfast and lunch).

                                   In certain cases, it might be the other way round, lunch might be skipped waiting for a heavy dinner in party. Another main thing is the improper timings of diet being followed. The food intake should have a proper time gap. There should not be too much time gap between two foods and the regularity should be maintained. Only few people can be adjusted to these kind of situations. Main people are being resulted in cases like ulcer do to these food habits. We might think, in the mordern world this is the practice that can be followed. Those who intend to be hale healthy can follow a normal food practices and remaining can do as their wish.

OVER CAUTIOUS

              One Kind of behavior that should not be possessed by all is over-cautious. It is good to be cautious, but over cautiousness limits the expansion of ones freedom. There would be a lot of restrictions that will be levied on the person when they feel him to be over-cautious. Being overcautious might result in minimizing the error, but there is never a assurance that the error will never happen at all.                      Every people in and around the world are committing mistakes. No one in the world can say that they have never committed mistakes. Mistakes help us to realize the wrong things and they provide us chances to correct ourselves.
