MULTI TASKING

                                               Performing our day to day activities itself a big task. But there is a necessity to perform a lot of tasks than expected. Especially in the corporate sector, there is a heavy competition and huge demand for a person to perform multiple number of tasks at once. This is known as multi-tasking. Most of the people getting adapted to this multi tasking criteria. It requires immense practice and concentration when we involve in these kind of activities, but there are a few who face problem in multi-tasking.

                                             Main drawback would be the immense amount of stress, the brain undergoes while performing the tasks. In the initial stages of a person's life, it would be challenging and fun, but as the days pass on it would create a lot of issues for a person's health. It is a talent that is to be appreciated and followed but i mean to say that this does not hold good. Another important thing is using cellphones while eating, I don't understand what is so important in social media rather than spending time for eating, most of the cases food goes inside us without proper chewing and might result in a digestion process.

                                             Multi tasking is good, but if there is a slight deviation in performing any one of the task, then there will be a large impact on both the tasks. The level of importance is also needed to be considered. Like if a ride cycle and listen music, that is advisable as it feels like a pleasure to minimize the effort we put in riding the cycle. Does it hold good to watch a favorite song while performing documentation. It does not hold good. There are certain combinations of multi tasking that works out like attending a call to client and noting down the valid points in paper. So, Multi tasking is a great skill that should be possessed by all but there should be a differentiation and clear understanding whether the following combination is feasible or not

OVER CAUTIOUS

              One Kind of behavior that should not be possessed by all is over-cautious. It is good to be cautious, but over cautiousness limits the expansion of ones freedom. There would be a lot of restrictions that will be levied on the person when they feel him to be over-cautious. Being overcautious might result in minimizing the error, but there is never a assurance that the error will never happen at all.                      Every people in and around the world are committing mistakes. No one in the world can say that they have never committed mistakes. Mistakes help us to realize the wrong things and they provide us chances to correct ourselves.
