DOES HELPING TENDENCY RESULT IN TROUBLE ?

                       Some times good intentions might end up in bad results. here is one of my personal life experiences that ended in trouble for others. I usually like to help others,even if they are my enemy. But, I would be sure whether I am sure of the help needed by others. If the help is financial, it will take a lot of If's and but's as conditions and then might end up on one side. But I am always ready to do the non monetary help to all. Providing seats to elderly people or physically challenged people is one among them. A lot can be told, helping friends in doubts. Providing blood donation to unknown people, Collecting  funds to donate to orphanage or old-age homes are some of the small helps I am doing and I will continue to do in future.

                     There are a lot of people, who might just need a guidance to go to a place. This incident happened when a old aged physically challenged men asked the address to me. He was about to go to a function and he asked me some place. We both were travelling in the same bus. The address asked by him was very much familiar to me and nearby my place. Normally, I would help anyone, if they ask address and know that address very well. If I am not sure of the address, I would openly say that I don't know. I wont bother, if some teases me that, you belong to this area and still you dont know that address. But, in that case, I was pretty much sure of the address asked by that person and I was ready to help him.

                     I told him that, I also belong to same area and I will get down on the bus stop where your mandap is located. 2 stops before our stop, he was about to get down. I told him that, no sir, we need to go 2 more stops. After we reached our stop, I guided him to the mantap and he thanked me. I reached my home and then asked my dad for confirmation. He told me that, that mantap is located 2 stops before our stop. I felt really bad for that person. I dont know, how he might have ended up to that place. If he would have spended money, that is bad, if he might have walked to that place, it is still more a sin. My intention was to help him, but it resulted in doing bad to him. That incident made me think, even if we are sure, should we help others. As my helping intention troubled another person.

FILTER COFFEE

                       After a long time, I am back with the post which is related to food. of course, everyone knows about the coffee. there is various blends and aroma that are obtained while mixing the coffee. As far as i know, the best blend in coffee is none other than the coffee that is made in the place named as kumbakonam in Tamil Nadu. the coffee is very famous and known as Kumbakonam degree coffee. the mixture of coffee and chicory is present in the right blend. There is a unique style of drinking coffee that is present among the people who are residing in that place. they used to have a dabara set. the used to pour the coffee in both the tumbler and this Dabara, they used to do till the sugar gets stirred properly.

                       After that, they used to drink it. There are now-a-days many stalls are opened in the name of kumbakonam degree coffee, I am not sure whether they have perfect and original blend. There are many halwa stalls named Irutti kadai halwa, all are not original. But, should we go to kumbakonam for that coffee. Here am just going to mention about the filter coffee that was blended by one of my friends. We both did internship together and we used to take free coffee from the company that we did internship. I was too lazy to make coffee for myself, but my colleague was very much interested to make coffee and give it to me.

                     The filter coffee mixture would be poured into the coffee maker by the servant who was working there. We used to take a coffee cup, disposable plastic cup and the Sugar will be available, milk and also the coffee mixture would be available. My colleague used to pour the correct amount of coffee blend needed and the put the sugar with the help of spoon and the milk upto the end of cup and then asked her to mix it up. She used to stir it well and form some kind of bubble and give it to me to drink. I had kumbakonam Degree coffee, but i don't remember the taste. If kumbakonam degree coffee was the best filter coffee that i had, the coffee made by my colleague is definitely the second one. I am addicted to that taste. Hope we get those wonderful days back.

SEQUEL OF MOVIES

                                       Sequel of movies was the normal thing in Hollywood movies, which boomed up in the Bollywood, Kollywood and all the Indian Film Industries. Most of the movies, that has a sequel In Kollywood is not becoming hit except a few. There are a various factors, that are to be considered to find out the reasons for failures of those movies in Kollywood. There are certain movies in which the title would be that of the previous hit movies, but the story is not at all related to the previous one. Those are not considered as sequel. The movies in which the Title is same as the prequel and continuity of story is present are the movies considered here.

                                        If a movie gets accepted, then they wanted to make money out of the same concepts and elements. A lack of creativity is present among these people. They never bother about the pulse of audience, audience are expecting a lot of Creative and commercial movies. The sequel movies are following certain Cliches. The Expectation level of the sequels are so high, they are not getting fulfilled, that might be another reason. Too much of marketing the movies, which creates a lot of expectations and they flatter. It is not necessary, that the same combination works out every-time, certain crew may be modified.

                                          Another important factor in the time in which the movie is being released. If the movie is getting released off-season, then they might flatter again. Of Course, commercial elements are necessary but they need not be too much. Unwanted stunt sequences are entertaining and provides tougher employment, but now-a-days audience are not liking it. Certain movies are not brief enough to convey the messages and are dragging like a big tail. So, these are some of the reasons for failure of the sequel movies. May be some of these above mentioned might have worked in favour of the sequel movies that have become hit.

BUSINESS GAME

                 In my Childhood, one of my favourite games is business. There would a certain amount of money that would be given to each players and they need to Buy certain region if they come across those region. And they need to pay rent to other players, if they reach the point of Region owned by other player. Sometimes, there might be a need to pay money to the bank in the inform of income tax or Wealth tax. There might be the chance and the community chest, which might either Credit or Debit money based on our luck, the number that we provide with the help of dice. Though, everyone would be eager to take up the role of players, I was keen to be the banker. The players might either be defeated or win. But, the banker neither wins nor loses.

                 It is not easy to win the game. We must take proper decisions as well as the luck should favour us. If either of the one doesn't favour us, we might lose up. I forgot to mention the buildings that need to be constructed on the Cities/Regions that we own. The Godown might be yellow in colour and costliest of all the buildings that we construct. The Bungalow may be Green in Colour and they might be lesser when compared to Godown. Last but not the least, the office which is red in colour might be the cheapest of all. There may be cases, in which we might lose money and a necessity to sell these buildings or regions might happen.

                There is another strange thing, the regions will be separated based on colours like yellow,red,green and Blue. There would be 5 Cities under each colour. If a player owns 3 cities of same colour, then they might be getting double the amount of income from other players. The transports like Railways, Airways, Motorboat, Bus, Electric Company would be present which would fetch income purely based on luck. Of course, the jail and club are also present. In Certain Cases, jail might be good and in certain cases, they might be harmful. Whatever may be the case, the Start is the best for the player. Whenever, he reaches the start or crosses them, he would get money. If our life is also like business game, we might play to win. But, Now a days, we are playing just to survive.

FIGHT BETWEEN ENGINEERING DEPARTMENTS

                             Engineering and Technology are those which transformed the World to a different level. Of course, they are the part of science. Usually, there will be a different fights that might be necessary or not. Here, We are just going to see a fight between the various Departments of Engineering. We will Start with the core ones of Electrical,Civil and Mechanical. They are the evergreen departments and all of them are based on them. From the early age, shelter was the basic necessity of the world and the shelter is provided by the Civil Department. After finding food and shelter, he needed to do some work to get his food, which was due to the mechanical action performed by them. So, mechanical department is needed.

                             To enjoy everything, current is the basis and the current is Given by our Electrical Department. Computer told that even for supplying and monitoring the current, Computer and the system is needed. Electronics Department came in the favour of electrical Department and told computers that you need an electrical circuit to function and the electronic components are also important for your functioning. Then came the Information technology and told that, Information is Wealth and Without us, the information provided by you all cannot be proved as true. So, we are the greatest of all.

                             Last but not the least, our Bio technology department came. The life of people were under threat and we are the ones who innovated a lot of medicines and drugs to cure all the diseases and made the man kind to live a long and cure a lot of diseases. Almost the statements of all the departments were true. There is nothing that is the best and others are worst. Each and Every department is interdependent and everything is related to one another. So, It is nothing about the departments, it is purely based on the interest and ideology that we prefer in choosing the departments rather than the great or not. There are lot more upcoming departments too.

CUSTOMER CARE

                          I really wonder how the customer service is provided by the company. There are a lot of people who are working in the customer care sector. They need to have a good communication skill as well as a lot of patience. They need to attend the calls from various customers per day.They have to know the occurrence of the error and try to rectify them as soon as possible. Sometimes there might be a lot of demanding customers too. These people are answerable to them too. They might not be responsible for the problem that has occurred and they might not be in the rectifying team, but they are answerable to the customers. They must ensure that the name of company is not damaged. Sometimes, they might be able to manage the difficult situations too.

                          There is always a saying in the business. "Customer is the King". Too serve the king, the company is just the medium and the customer care people are their servants. But, there are certain business rules that has to be followed while handling the customers and the service ranges are limited. Nothing can be personal between the customer care person and the customer. everything related to the service provided to the customer can be dealt with. Instead other problems should not be taken to the account of the customer care. Customer has all the previlage to leave a particular service and move on. And the Customer care people also have a previlage if they feel that the customer is misbehaving with them.

                           After all, it is good for the company to retain the good customers, rather than going behind the evil customers. Of course, the customer care is there to provide customer service, but they too are human being and it is not necessary for them to tolerate all kind of nonsense. Lot of people take the job of customer service providing, since they are not able to find out jobs in other sectors. On, the whole the Customer care is a necessary and integral part of the business. Though, it is one of the tougher jobs in the corporate field, it is a very important job in the service sector and a very good count of people are provided with employment opportunities in this field.

FREELANCER

                           Do the things that, you like, do the things that you love or do the things that makes you happy. This is very important in all the aspects of life. In the world, the common thing that is present in everyone is sleep. May be the time period of sleep might vary from a person to another person. But, every person in the world must have spent most of their time in sleeping than any other activity. When it comes to work, most of the people are doing the work they get rather than the work they like. They do their work just for earning a constant income. Even, if they don't like the work there is a need that makes people to perform the work.

                           Of course, to make survival the people needs to perform whatever work they get rather than doing the work they like. Freelancer are the people who have their own earning, who can directly run their business, perform the task assigned and earn money. They can plan their work on their own. They can determine their monthly income or daily income. They can be independent from an organization to do their work. The earnings might be less when compared to the normal workers. But, their level of satisfaction is high when compared to the people who earn normal wages. we can have our own style of working. We can fix the time of our work. Only, necessary thing is developing skill and talent and maintaining loyalty to client and keeping the things confidential.

                            We might not get recognized for the work we do. But, we are rewarded by getting the salary that we deserve. No need to fear about losing the job. We can take up projects whenever we want to earn money and we can take leave whenever we feel like to celebrate. But, of course there might be a fear about our future, but we can overcome. But, whatever position we might be in, there is a uncertainity in the future, that might result in the end of life, end of job. There is a not a necessary that, freelance jobs needs to be done as full time jobs alone, people who are more passionate and needs to earn more money can take up these jobs as part-time jobs also. I would really, appreciate the people who are doing freelance jobs to earn rather than being unemployed and waiting for the jobs that they love.

BRAIN DRAIN

                  Employment has been a major concern for most of the countries. Especially for the countries that are highly populated. A country that gives more importance to the caste and community rather than the brains. Of course, the benefits were framed to bring about the changes in the lives of all people. But, the great brains should not be wasted. The country is investing more on the unnecessary expenses might end up in losing the brains. Brain Drain is nothing but losing the exceptional talents of a country in the hands of other countries due to the better opportunities provided by the other country.

                   Country doesn't have anything to do with the talents. But, on the other hand talents are very important for the progress of all the countries. There is a country that suffered a lot in the world wars. But, they ensured that their brains and talents are given a great importance and they all united together and become a developed country within a short span of time. They understood the importance of talents and they were never ready to lose their talents. They were not only confined with the talents of their countries. They showed equal importance in bringing the talents from other countries too.

                   Of course it is not possible to fund for all the talents. But, the importance given to a celebrity, politician or a businessman is not given to the talented common man. Either their ideas are stolen or rejected, which makes them to leave their country. On other hand, we might think that people leaving the country are non-patriots but they are forced to leave the country. When it comes to individual survival or country, individuality is given importance, which is practical. When the people of my own country stamp me, I have to leave my country. If they support me, I can do anything for my country. I mean to say that, nothing should be done against the country, but leaving the country for not providing me opportunities is a wise thing to do. It is very important to ensure that our country people are retained to show progress.

LIFE EXPECTANCY

                               Life is unpredictable. Anything can happen at any time. A small incident, might have impacted a person and turned their life upside down and the huge incident might have not had any impact on another person. Life expectancy is the average of the maximum age a person might live in the world. Few decades ago, the maximum age a person might live was around 80 years, but now-a-days the life expectancy has reduced from 80 to around 60 years on an average. There might be a question on what is the necessary to live long. There are many wonders that have been created by certain people at their old ages. So, there is a probability of some persons to achieve big in their old ages. Life Expectancy is mostly based on the environmental factors that are influencing us.

                               There are certain greats who have achieved a lot and when they are in the verge of achieving something more, they have died. On that case, life is very important. At the most we are just living as we are being created. So, the life expectancy has reduced due to the crimes that we commit. The time factor and advancement in technology is the major cause of concern for the reduction in the life expectancy. We might counter argue that, technology has brought in a lot of advancements and these advancements have ended up in saving lives. But, these technology is solely responsible for the death of a lot of lives. For instance, we might take upon atom bombs. It has been discovered to destroy rocks but they are being misused in destroying the lives of people.

                            There are a lot of accidents that are happening in the roads. That is due to the lack of patience as people feel that 24 hours in a day is not enough to complete their works. There was a time even though, people had less money they ensured that had a balanced diet with healthy food, but the fast food culture has replaced it and people have become victims of that and the life expectancy of people reduced. People are not even ready to take care of their health and work is given priority. That has resulted in stress and many people have committed suicides based on these stresses. The advancement in technology have made the world so much competitive and the people who are not able to compete ended up their life rather than surviving. We can never expect our life to go beyond and we must be ready to face all the challenges that life throws at us. We must not expect to live long, rather we can enjoy a lot that the previous decades have never done so far.

FACEBOOK AND ITS LATEST FEATURES

                          Anniversary is part and parcel of each and everyday's life. Be it a birth anniversary, wedding anniversary, work anniversary or the death anniversary, each and everything are special and unique in their own way. Similar kind of anniversary is being launched by Facebook to remember the day in which two people become Facebook friends. Such, a wonderful remembrance of two people and the celebration of friend anniversary among them is called as Facebook anniversary. Though, Facebook was started some 12 or 13 years ago. It reached among the most of the Indians some 8 or 9 years ago only. When it comes to celebrations, Indians have their own way of celebrating it.

                         This Facebook makes us remember the birthday's of our dear ones. through, Facebook we are getting notifications of the birthday's of dear ones. The next best thing is the friend anniversary. The Facebook not only gives opportunities to connect with our friends alone, it enlarges our friends circle and provides an opportunity to stay connected with the friends of friends and some unknown personalities also. After the advent of whats app, the usage of facebook began to reduce. But, the facebook did not let it slip out of their hands. They took a very strategic and tactical move and then purchased whatsapp, since both are in their control, now their business increased so much.

                        There is nothing much to discuss about the friend anniversary of facebook, so I decided to elaborate something more about the facebook, that we all might have known already. The instantaneous delivery of messages and notifying them to all is very quick. The facebook live is another feature that is able to record a live video of a person and telecast them to their family and friends. The conducting of poll is another important feature and many people use facebook as a platform for marketing their products and services. So, I hope that facebook will come upon with a lot more advancements in social media

SWIGGIES

                                   Swiggies are those people who earn income by taking orders from customers and purchasing their desired food items and delivering them to customer's house in quick time. There is an app for providing orders. The app is created in such a way that the customers also get a discount on the price as well as the sales of the food items from various hotels goes on well. If the cost of the food items to be purchased is less than Rs250, there is delivery charge that would be added to the bill. if the bill exceeds that amount, then there is no need of delivery charges. There would be a bonus from the restaurants in case, the number of orders done by swiggies exceeds certain number of times.

                                   The most important thing to view in the business aspect is the laziness of people. Laziness of people has been made as investment for this business. On the one hand, it might provide employment to a lot of people. On the other hand, it is making people lazy. The first thing that made people lazy was these pizzas and burgers that were delivered home. The next one was the online shopping. Now, even the groceries, fruits and vegetables are also being delivered in home. The food items are also being delivered to home. These can be beneficial for people those who are aged or those having some physical disabilities. To other peoples, it is not at all necessary.

                                    The personal touch and feel of the environment is being lost. How much ever we might be comfortable in our home, we need to have a exposure to the outside environment. Remaining in same place might increase the stress. To get a different atmosphere, these shops, malls and restaurents have been started. I am not supporting the business of shops,malls or restaurents. This is just to say the atmosphere they create to interact with people, rather than the products and services that they sell. The app like swiggies are welcome change to our country. But, we must ensure that these apps don't take the exposure that we are getting from outside environment.

EMI

              EMI stands for equated monthly installment. Every people desire to buy almost all the things, but the earnings and income level decides the purchasing power of the people. Some people can purchase a product by delivering cash along with the tips. Certain people might have a good amount of money in their bank and provide a check for that amount. Certain people can provide ATM card and swipe the amount. There are a certain people who used to buy certain luxury items in the form of the EMI. They will not be having the whole sum of money to purchase a particular product, but they still need the product and they have the power of paying certain amount of money each month until the overall amount is settled.

              This concept is similar to the monthly interest that is paid in the banks. Here we are just going to discuss about the advantages and disadvantages of this EMI system. It is a real boon for the person who earn a lesser salary. with this system they can afford to buy some luxury items. But, they might end up paying a lot higher amount of money than the original price of the product, due to the interest that is being involved and the time value of money. There should be a preplanned amount that should be kept aside each month to pay the bill of EMI. At the initial month, the payment of EMI might be satisfiable, as the months progress, we might feel the real heat that is involved while paying the EMI bills.

              Here, the time factor is deciding one. If we choose the lesser time interval, the amount paid as interest will reduce and vice versa. But, if the time interval is reduced, the amount of money paid every month will keep on increasing as the time interval reduces. If the amount to be paid is 10,000 and we decide to keep 1 year as time interval, there might be a payment to be made of Rs1000 per month for 12 months might sum up as Rs12,000 with interest of Rs2000. Incase if we take 24 months, we might pay Rs550 per month the total amount might sum up to Rs13,200, with Rs3,200 as interest. We must make right decisions in choosing the payment mode or else we might end up losing money or product or both.

 

HUMILIATION

                       There are a time,place and situation that are to be considered for performing each and every act. Everything cannot be done everywhere. We must ensure that there is a proper timing and situation for every thing. Especially when it comes to humiliation, these things are must. It is not easy for everyone to digest this humiliation in front of others. No one in this world likes to be humiliated. This humiliation mainly happens in the workplace and homes. In the workplace, an employee's performance would be compared with others and the one who is performing a bit low, when comparing to others would be humiliated in front of others.

                        It is not the right way to handle an employee as their lead or manager. It would be feasible, if the manager takes the employee in person and scolds, in order to prevent them getting humiliated in front of others. It would be even more better, if the lead points out the flaws of the employee in a gentle manner and makes them realise the mistakes and ensure that they donot repeat the same in near future. If we take house as the scenario, father is the one who humiliates their child in front of others. Son is the one who gets humiliated in the most number of cases. They compare the grades of their son with those of the neighbouring girl who might study in different class in different school.

                          The worst thing might be, the boasting of acheivements of father, I did this much when I was in schooling. I acheived so much, many of them are lies and wanted to make their child score good and acheive a lot of things. This point is understandable, but humiliating their child does not improve the results and degrade them worse. The best thing that has to be done is being friendly with them and making them to pursue their passion, understand their difficulties and provide a proper solution. Not even a part of respect given to their client, is given to their child. Instead of humiliating others, it would be better to sort out the errors and corrections to be made in a polite manner.

MLM COMPANIES

                        The abbreviation of MLM stands for Multi-level marketing. The selling of Products at the different level of Customers. We are forming a marketing network under us. We being the leader of the marketing product, earn some money and we should explain about the product to the down-lines who works under us. They should ensure that, they can also earn money if they fix the target and sell the product. The up line who is just above the down line, will start to earn, once he forms a great team as his down line. But he needs to ensure that, his down-lines are active. In case if the downline is facing any trouble while doing the business, the upline needs to ensure that the problem is rectified.

                      This business is very much successful in many of the foreign countries.But in India, this business is not much successful, except for few players. Amway is one of the successful Brand in which the customers themselves can be the sellers and if they are able to find new customers and sell the products, they would get a certain level of commission for their sales. The reason for failure of this business in India might be as follows. Lack of awareness about the business in the minds of people is the major reason for failure. The don't see this business as marketing and they have a perception that, the members need to fetch people to run this business.

                        Some people might think that, this is waste of time business. This business mainly depends upon the principle of Convince people. It needs a greater understanding about the mindset of people, it also improves the communication skill. A judging ability of a personality, decision making skills. Quality of Leadership that a person develops. I was a part of such activity and the company's name was Emyou which stands for Empowering Youth, that was shut down, after earning a few amount of money. There are a lot of fakes in this business, we must ensure that the company that we join is not fake and following all the necessary rules and regulations.

NON SINKING SHIP

                        The Ship that never sinks in the world is Friendship. The best relationship in the world that never sees, the gender, the caste, the status, the religion or any other constraint. It just sees the pure heart and the amount of friendship a person has on other person. There is a no necessity that, the friendship has to come with a particular person, it can come with any person. Whatever may be the situation, a real friendship stands with us. A real friend might mock us any number of times, but an unknown person mocks at us, they would never spare them and mock back at them. The things that cannot be shared with anyone in this world can be shared with the friends.

                         There is a scenario in which, if a person fails in examination. Mom would think that, my son did well, but the evaluator did the mistake and made him fail. Father might say, I know this result, no effort put by you, how can you expect the result. Lover might tell that, if you fail like this, how would earn and provide me comfortable life. But, the friend stands by us and make us forget the situation and come out of them. If a situation arises for a guy that, whether his love or friend. The friend might sacrifice his friendship for the sake for his love. But, the lover won't sacrifice their love for friendship. Even if the break up happens, it would be the friend who will stand by that person.

                         Even with small money the friends can adjust. The many hands in a tiffen box, was initiated by friends. Staying out of the classroom with friends would be awesome. The independence nature was taught by friends. Roaming out with friends would be awesome. The Sports played with friends keep us united and improves the comfort level. It is a wonderful journey to commit mistakes and try to cope up with them. Each would come up with different story and get caught. Friends are the ones who will give us wonderful and long lasting memories. They never fail and Even if they are in failure mode, they would never let us to sink and make us to swim. A happy Friendship Day wishes to the friends who travelled in my journey till now and who would be travelling in the future also.

BEST COMBO LUNCH - DAAL CHINI

                Eating is very important activity that needs to be performed, so that we can have a survival in the world. There are a lot of rules and regulations that are to be adapted in order to make eating habits a great experience. But, i am a normal guy who does not believe much in those rules. I would eat the food I like to, rather than the food I get. On very less occasions, I would bear with the food that I get, rather than the food that I prefer. I have eaten a large variety of foods atleast after my schooling and I am going to discuss on the one menu, that stood out from all others and still now considered that it was the best lunch combo that I had so far in my life.

                 The various aspects that are given importance for that menu might be the taste, quality,quantity and the price aspect of the food. The Price of the food was Rs180, definitely it is a costly food for many us. But, on seeing the menu, we might feel that the menu was worth enough. To start with there was a refreshment juice that was provided, a glass full of lime mint. The next one was a small sweet that was provided, kesari. After finishing that, there was a naan and it was made with maida flour. There was a chicken curry which was provided as side dish for that and the chicken biriyani. The quantity was less but after completing the naan, the chicken biriyani quantity was suffice.

                To add to them was, 2 or 3 pieces of boneless chicken65. After providing so much of heat to the body, there was a little amount of curd rice to cool it up. Last but not the least, a ice-cream of our favourite choice was provided with a single scoop. I felt real worth of the penny that I spent. I definitely loved the taste of the food and then quality was awesome. There was a no compromise on the food. This was on one of the hotels in Chennai and it's name was Daal Chini, I have never come across these many number of items at such a cheaper cost.

CHECK MATE

                          This is a general post about one of my favourite games, Chess. There is a lot of connect to life with the chessboard. There are 8 pawns who acts as soldiers to protect their King. King can be the leader or head of the family. The queen is the lady head of the family and the King's wife. She has more powers when compared to King. But, she does everything to protect the King. The pawns may be the servants of the King. They are ready to fight with the soldiers of the opponent king and ready to sacrifice their life. The different nature character is Horse. It never goes in a straight direction. It takes up the shape of the English alphabet "L".

                              The Rook or Elephant is the one that moves only in straight path. The straight path can be in vertical or horizantal direction. The Elephant can castle with the king to give more protection. The elephant has more power next to the queen. The Bishop is the one that can move only in diagonal path and there are two of them in which one moves in black and another one moves in white till the end. The soldiers have a special benefit, if they reach the edge of the opponent's territory, they can become anything they wish for except the king.
