When we raise a opinion or survey on people about, eating healthy or tasty foods? Most of them might go for the tasty foods rather than healthy ones. It is very difficult for us to control the taste and we might look out for medicines to keep us healthy. So, when we go for taste, the roadside vendor's food tastes better than the hotels in most of the cases. Some of the people might go for the roadside vendors to save money. I am a big fan of roadside foods. Especially those mushroom shops, Pani Poori Vendors, those samosa chat people and that Badam Kheer and Ice-cream wala people.
In case, if we go to the costly restaurants, we might get angry, if the waiters over there won't respond and we might lose patience and ask when will we get the food. Those same people might wait in the roadside vendor shop. That is mainly due to the fact, that these foods are tasty. But, how is it possible to provide the same foods provided at some other place. Might be those hotels, might have add to the bill and the facilities like Fan,AC. But, still there is a lot difference between these shops and the hotels. Some Compromise needs to be made on our health for taking foods from those people.
There are certain people who have the capability to swallow the stones also, they are not affected by any kind of foods. But, there are some people who might definitely get issues, if they have a slight change in the food habits that they undergo. So, is that fair enough for them to eat in roadside?. In their aim of saving money for food, they might end up paying more bills to doctor. Ofcourse, the food in roadside tastes better, that doesn't mean that the food in hotels are not at all tasty. A slight difference might be there, in both of them, which is the traditional method that might be followed by them and would maintain them as a company secret. We would never know that, they are good or bad. Though, I like to eat food from roadside vendors, I would say that, we can eat those food once in a while, so that we can satisfy the needs of our taste buds as well as there is no need to compromise on our health.
