For instance, we can take the clothes that are being ironed, that will be delivered on doors. There were time periods in which sales representatives used to come up with their bag full of items and used to ask people for buying them. There would not be much people to purchase those items. Those people who were very good at convincing people, might have succeeded in being a successful sales representative.
But, now a days the scenario has changed totally. Those people who never liked the knocks of the doors at their home, are waiting for the delivery of the items that they ordered through the Online. Of course, there is a system of tracking the delivery of goods. After this laundry item's delivery at home, there came the food items delivery at home, which came in the form of Pizzas. The Pizzas were delivered at home on one phone call. At the Initial stages some delivery charges were charged but after certain time period the delivery charges became free, if the items costed above certain amount.

But one of the major drawbacks of the Online Delivery is creating laziness among the Customers. Now a days each and every item can be delivered in home.
