DOUBLE WORK

                           Most of them do their work to earn money. There are very few people who are not bothered about the income generated by their work. They perform their work due to their passion towards their work. There are certain people, who want money from the work they perform but they are not ready to contribute towards organization. If they dont perform their work, it would be fine. But, they are also preventing the people those who are ready to contribute towards their organization. This is a sad news for the people who are looking for the development of the nation. The double work that I mentioned as the title denotes that, the work that can be completed in a certain period of time, will take double the time or double the effort that is being involved.

                           There are a lot of reasons that might involve us in doing the work more than once. One of them is the negligence or carelessness. The second one might be over confidence,am the king and I can do anything. The third one might be miscommunication or misleading mentors. Most of the people are ready to do different kind of work with challenges being involved. These challenges acts as a medium of learning for them. But, they might get demotivated, when they are asked to perform routine work again and again. If the work is routine but different piece of work, that might be adjustable. Incase, if the routine work that has been completed already and needed to be repeated again, that might result in boredom and end up in the double work.

                            Doing the double work reduces the efficiency of us. There are a lot of double works that happen in house also. Mom might be busy in kitchen and might have asked her child to fill the oil in a jar. But the child might have spilled certain amount of oil. Now,an additional work of cleaning the spilled oil might be added to mom's workload, this would be claimed as a double work by mom. The double work that happens while comitting a different mistake can be accepted and the mistakes can be rectified. But, the double work that has been repeated the next time is very hard to be accepted. So, we must ensure that, we complete our work is one go, so that there is no necessity to perform the double work.
