                                  This is just a personal experience. All the comments are based on my opinion and nothing to take it serious. I have been to a channel X for watching a TV show live. One of my friends who visited there previously, invited me to join. The shooting was supposed to start at 10am and unfortunately we reached there by 9.00 am.                                       Optional Holidays is the one which comes to us when we are getting employed. In schools are colleges, there might holidays which would cover almost all the festivals and dates which are auspicious to all the religion and region. In certain cases, there might be very few countable people, for whom the leave can be made possible and the attendance would be tallied at last, considering these factors. But, the arrogance that comes due to the richness is, way too bad. As we are not sure that, when our richness will get dumped and we might get poor anytime.                                With the advancement in technology, there is a weird feeling in my mind about the time factor. The major constraint that needs to be considered while having a look into the time factor, the control over time. We can easily say that time is out of our control. I strongly agree with that statement. But what I am going to emphasis is about  the difference in time period during the late 20th century and the current part of the 21st century.
