Whatever product may be there, whenever we go for a Chinese product,we tend to get them in a cheaper price.In a study, it was stated that Chinese products were given at price of 10-70% lesser than that of India's price. The reasons for these lower costs are ready made availability of raw materials of the Chinese products. The variable costs like labor costs, machine times are very less. They also have lesser fixed costs like salaries, rent, electricity bills and internet. Chinese have the advantage of being early starters, they always try to innovate new things which help for the cause.They also have greater infrastructure ,reduced tax and support from the government.Chinese products are put into large quantities into the Indian market which adversely affect the Indian products. They not only affect our domestic market but also our export. Crackers industry was very vastly affected by the Chinese industries. The next big industry which was affected by Chinese market is toy manufacturing industry. Indian manufacturers are buying non-branded phones from china and selling them at cheaper prices in India. One more dangerous thing of Chinese products is there quality is very low, which will have reduced life time when compared to Indian products. We being Indians should always prefer to buy the products that are manufactured in India to improve our economy. We must also ensure that, we should not help these kind of attacks on us. Though, corruption might be there to bring them Inside our country, we must take care of that, we should not involve in promoting their products which will become a threat to us.
